ZERO STAR I had an awful experience with thses COWBOYS! With the 75th D Day anniversary right around the corner,i took along an exceptional peice of naval history to this Portsmouth auction house.A journal put together by a husband and wife who served in the navy in 1944.I saved this chronicle from the skip at a house clearance our company were tasked with and i simply could not put in the landfill .The husband was a young lieutenant in the the under ground combined HQ in Portsmouth where he helped plot D DAY while his young wife was a wren.There are dozens of pictures of him in the plotting" room and also King George inspecting the plans.There are many other photographs and papers depicting their lives in and after the war.I received pre auction call from nesbits where my item was immediatly downplayed and given lowly negative status.Alarm bells rang! They inputted my email address wrongly so i didn't receive the 7 day preveiw so found out too late to the complete underdescribing of the journal.No mention of the plot room or any pictures of it

Absolute scammer's avoid NESBITS at any cost especially when buying jewellery. They rip you off lying about the condition and selling you rubbish that you have to throw in dustbin.Nothing about the condition in adverts or pictures though, nicely done. Didn't even have the jewellery box what was on the picture everything was thrown into a plastic bag - Very Professionally done THANK YOU.Not willing to help and very arrogant on the phone. Their excuse is that is cheap so it's okay when it is in very bad condition.
