The team repaired my DeWalt drill - I was expecting a new gearbox at least - they serviced my drill, cleaned out the old grease, repacked it with new and general clean internally - good as new, all for the princely sum of £20. Highly recommended - thank you

Very poor service. Waited 11 days for a saw I'd ordered for a job to turn up.When I chased it I was told it was out of stock and a refund was given.It was showing in stock at the time of purchase, and I would have expected to be contacted if it wasn't.Not impressed and shan't be using again.

Ordered a Bosch GTS18V-216+GTA 560 Table Saw & Stand Kit on Friday 14th July, delivered 18th July Tuesday morning.Great price,superb customer service.As to the saw,its compact, lightweight design, was a bit usure going from a elderly Bosch mains table saw to a cordless table saw, but the GTS 18V 216 is a very capable saw, I'm impressed with it.

Ordered some parts for our Festool sanders, the online schematics the have easily and quickly identified the exact parts I needed. Ordered online thinking they may take a few days to arrive…. They were in my post box before I got home the following day!Got the machines working and straight back to work!Very efficient, great price and speedy postage! Very grateful!

Very poor communication. With no response from an email. The initial order was on back order, which I could understand and was fine with this however it took a further 8 weeks to get the part with myself chasing for information. My last email had no response.Please try to use another parts supplier to avoid frustration.

Don't know what went wrong but the items I ordered never arrived and I didn't receive any dispatch information, so it's possible they were never sent. On a positive note the payment was refunded without any issues.

Order submited Sept 24th 2022, I spent 59 pounds, the payement has been accepted and still today, the order has not been dispatched and delivered. No answer at all to my emails, I definitvely not recommand this web site.

I placed an order on the 31st of march 2023 for two items. 5 days after that they emailed me to say The manufacturer is currently showing an approximate delivery date of 15-04-2023 and we would expect delivery a few days after this date" I then didn't hear from them again. In May
