Staff is polite and willing to try to mix the color you want to order. Although you have to make your decision and pick the color you need on the color tone cards, if the color finally doesn't perfectly match, I can still take it back for slightly adjustment. If you don't know the color code of your original painting, they suggest customer to pick a coin size of sample from the wall to the shop for color matching.There's plenty of tools selling to help your painting job, including brushes, paint removal tools, aprons and tapes, etc. Love this little paint shop that you can get all you need in one go.

Went in with a colour card from B&Q from about 2-3 years ago wanting a match in masonry paint. First I wanted a sample to try out. The shop assistant phoned the manufacturers of the paint I wanted and got the code he needed for a mix. I was then advised to come back in the morning and he would have a sample ready. The manufacturers had already closed, hence the wait.Next day, everything was ready as stated.The shop is small. Covid-wise, the assistant doesnt wear a mask- he's well back behind a counter- but the shoppers all did and it was possible to keep 2m distance.I would say the service was excellent, swift, competent.They also do all kinds of paint- i wanted Johnstones- there are various samples in the shop of other things- brushes, dustsheets, rollers, paint etc. They havent room for stock, but will take orders and the advice is very good too as I gathered the assistant had been a painter himself at one time.The samples were expensive. Nearly £6 for 350ml.Otherwise, it was like the old days- you get what you ask for with all the advice thrown in for nothing and you go away happy.

Fantastic service and quick turnaround. Really friendly guys who went out of their way to deliver a huge load of paint to our new yoga studio within 2 hours. Cannot rate them highly enough!
