Lovely Home for loved ones staff are helpful and friendly

Imagine having an ego so big the nurses at marks felt they know better than a doctor. What if they gave your family members paracetamol for a fractured spine instead of providing actual medical help?Imagine their internal investigation" specifically saying that paracetamol was adequate care for a lady who was showing signs of a serious injury? To be specific the injury was a fractured spine that they had ignored for approximately 7 months despite her screaming in pain when they touched her.Unfortunately this isn't something that I had to imagine. This nightmare happened to my very vulnerable family member while she was in St Marks. Melinda the deputy manager is a liar and refused to get my family member actual medical help and instead of an apology for negligence

Not recommended at all. Very bad experience with this place. Highly unprofessional.
