Ive put 1 star cause of one individual sally who works at the crossings with the homeless i dont even want to go into it because it stresses me out so much but all I can say is well done to the rest of the riverside staff who have helped and supported all them vunerable homeless people but as for the likes of Sally shes the reason why theres so many vunerable ppl on the street because she's the one that puts them there.

The Crossings hostel is better than the rest of the hostel in Hull and the staff were all cool when I was there around 2years ago (aprox) and its very clean ,all rooms have there own walk in shower, sink and toilet so you don't have to share because believe me hostels like Westbourne were you have to share are a absolute pig sty infact a pig sty is like a 5☆ hostel compared to Westbourne so if you looking for a good hostel get to the crossings ,

My uncle Ian had been resident for a while.He was looked after well by the staff,when he passed away Rachael and her team took time out to comfort our family and even attended his funeral service.What a lovely mark of respect and friendship.I think you have a lovely hostel and the services you provide are exceptional.Thankyou all for all your help and care shown, keep up the good work x
