Morgan Davies Bridal - Bridal Shops London

This is so overdue as I got married last year but Morgan Davies are THE BEST bridal shop, I tried three or four before luckily stumbling across here and none of my experiences were very good. I didn't overly know what I wanted but Sara was absolutely fantastic. She is so much more than a wedding dress expert, she is an incredible stylist too and really knew what would work with my body. She also had so many ideas as to how to make the dress more individual and fashioned some amazing sleeves which gave the dress extra glam. She also helped me pick my shoes , veil and accessories. I loved my experience, I want to do it all again!

Amazing store! It was a beautiful experience. The dress was breathtaking and I received 5* service. Staff is very friendly and always happy to help. My family and I felt very comfortable during my first visit and also during my fittings. I would definitely recommend this salon to all brides to be.Special thank you to Sarah and the lady from alterations team, who were absolutely brilliant and I couldn't be happier that I have picked Morgan Davies Bridal. Laura was absolutely incredible from start to finish and helped me find a dream-level dress within my budget. This was my favourite shop and consultant out of the five or so I visited, the dress selection was amazing and Laura was an absolute godsend. Highly recommend to all brides-to-be.

I hadn’t enjoyed my experiences wedding dress shopping until I came to Morgan Davies in London. This is the first place where I felt the dresses actually fitted my style. I felt finally understood. There are a range of dresses but they really do have some beautiful, modern, unique dresses.Both my initial appointment and my follow up were with Bouquet. She is an absolute angel, a real asset to the shop. She understood exactly what I meant, helped me to understand what it was that I was thinking and feeling when I couldn’t put it into words, and helped me to feel my very best! She made sure to make all of my guests feel involved but prioritised getting my thoughts and feelings before letting opinions sway me.She was kind and calming, and truly felt like a friend helping you through the whole process. She was able to advise veil styles and hair styles to match the dress I chose and even though they may not have been exactly what I had pictured beforehand, it was clear to see why she is the expert and it all worked together so well.I have now ordered my wedding dress and I couldn’t be more excited! I cannot recommend this shop enough for all brides looking for their dream dress. Thank you Bouquet and Morgan Davies!

I had the most amazing experience with Laura at Morgan Davies. I was really quite nervous about finding my dress and trying dresses on, but Laura made me and my mum feel so comfortable and was so kind and made me feel really confident and special. There was no pressure to choose a dress right away and it was so lovely seeing her again for my next appointment. I can’t wait for my dress to arrive in store and to wear it for my wedding this year! They have really made this the most wonderful and stress-free part of planning our wedding!

Beautiful Bridal Boutique in the heart of London ❤️ I had an amazing experience at Morgan Davies looking for my dream wedding dress! I was very pleased to consult dresses and accessories with the stylist Rianne - she was very helpful and so nice. She accommodated each and every one of my needs. Everything, from start to finish, was exactly what I wanted and more! I left the boutique with a Melba dress by British designer Alan Hannah. It was an excellent choice! I really enjoyed wearing it on my wedding day. Thank you again!

Such a beautiful shop and a fantastic experience. Sara looked after my friend and I, and she was so brilliant at making recommendations, pinning the dresses for the best fit, and being realistic about my options as we were working to a much shorter lead time than most brides (only 4.5 months). Sara was not only really knowledgeable about the dresses and designers, but also great company. Most bridal shop appointments are only an hour long, but with Morgan Davies you're allocated 1.5 hours which I think really helps explore options and prevent you from feeling rushed.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Total crooks!WILL LIE TO YOU, IMPLY TERMS, PERSUADE YOU, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN LEAVE YOU IN THE THICK OF IT!STAY AWAY especially if you want to save your sanity, pocket and excitement for your wedding.They will imply the wrong terms, will mess you about with 4 different members of their team, and sit on your money. Customer satisfaction is not important here. I purchased a sample dress as that's all they offered me for the timeframe i quoted them. I made explicitly clear that i will only purchase the dress if they can recommend the right seamstress for the draping of this dress. They highly recommended only one seamstress Miki who in their words should be the only person to touch this dress. They sang songs and danced about her. Based on their advice i reached out to the Seamstress, who said theywould only consult me if i purchased the dress and took it to her. Are you following ? They worked together to tie me into the dress first.They'll make you feel like all will work out until you say yes to the dress, but thereafter they will turn on you.They sent the dress to dry cleaners, the same week the seamstress checked out without seeing me or the dress and said they can't get the dress altered at all as they'll be on holidays. Left me in hole. Naturally i asked for a refund from the business as the premise of me buying the dress was that there was a plan to get it altered. There no longer was a plan.I'm left with a dress i don't want - as its far too big for me. I have zero confidence in their business as they LIE. They're trying to force me to pick the dress up and use another seamstress. Which isn't guaranteed that it will get done in time or done properly. I dislike their business, their demeanour and hate the dress as a result now. I want nothing to do with this business.They have simply taken my money and have been quoting the policy back to me. With zero mention of all the verbal conversations held, all the implied terms. And no consideration that i am a bride to be. They are quite happy to ruin your whole experience and with a smile on their faces.Had i known this would be the case i would have stayed away!

Could not have loved my experience more! I had 2 appointments with Laura, who was just the most lovely and helpful stylist and helped me find my dream dress!All the team were so welcoming and made us feel extremely comfortable. The shop is gorgeous and has such an incredibly beautiful range of dresses.So excited to go back and pick up my dress and catch up with Laura again next year!
