Visited Malmo Guns today and traded in a Browning for an over and under, with an adjustable stock, for my youngest lad. I have been in Gun shops all over the country and have never been to better. The trade in price was fair, which is unusual in most gun shops. I always feel that shops are trying to pull a fast one. Not the case here. In short I trust them. They have an excellent stock of very good guns - no rubbish here. I was dealt with by Rosy. You don't see too many female staff buying / selling guns. It is just a fact of life. In that respect she is an exception. Her youth belies her knowledge and experience. I have bought at least half a dozen guns from here and, should the need arise, I will buy another.Try them last or save yourself travelling - try them first.

Wonderful customer service. Bought something 3 months ago via internet, but because we do not live in the UK I could not try it on till we visited our family. Pants were wrong size and they took them back and mailed correct size same day overnight back to us. Amazing and wonderful. Thank you Foxhole Country Pursuits!

Traded in two guns for a new one. Had a price in mind in order to go ahead. Brian hit it first go and deal was done. Had to swap the new gun around due to a very minor issue with the price tag at the point of sale initially. Ended up with a left handed version instead of right. One email found a very quick response from Malmo. The gun was swapped immediately, no messing, no quibbling for a new right hander. Perfect service. I really couldn't recommend Malmo more highly. Genuinely outstanding levels of customer care.

Great selection of country clothing and easy access just off M6

Called in on spec to buy some large rifle primers. What a shop, what stock and what staff. All 10/10The staff were helpfull, polite and could not do enough to make me feel at home especially after a long drive from the midlands.Malmo guns will get my custom and I can recomend them 100%WELL DONE!

Bought a pair of meindl boots for my son for Christmas. The boots is worn no more than five times. Spoke to these guys got told that meindl is experiencing loads of problems with different models boots. When I was in there, they was a couple of chaps, complaining over boots, my boots they say needed to get sent back to see if it was a manufacturers fault boots has been more less than three times which leaves my son with no boots not willing to do me a refund for another pair of boots while I was there absolutely disgraceful, £200 for a pair of boots. Customer service is rubbish.

Top notch location for followers of Country Sports. Very well stocked with quality equipment and clothing.Staff ALL very helpful and knowledgeable.Easy access from M6 and plenty of parking.
