veery bad company i would never work for them again i have resigned from them and they still send me letters at home and send text on my mobile

They are too interfering in people's personal matters (nosey) they took my child toilet when I told them not to and when I asked to speak to a manager the most arrogant person I've ever spoken to answers the phone and thinks she can tell me what happened when she wasn't even there. They tried to apparently report themselves to social services to make themselves look good in the situation and over all they have damaged the relationship between me and my mother. I'm an only child on her side. My partner won't even let me take the kids round there no more as a result of Westminster home cares behaviour.

We had a problem with a carer not turning up on Sunday Night. We rang the emergency number numerous times and got no response. On Monday we rang up Westminister and were told we were liars as they had not received any calls from us. I rang head office and they said they would get an operatiions manager for my area to call me as this is the second time this issue has occured. I am still waiting for a call back and have received anything yet. I rang today as was informed this would be escalated and still nothing. Does this mean it's normal practise for Westminister not to turn up for calls. Also they agree a contract with the council and they come when they feel like it.

ZERO STARS. Stay away from this company!! Join them as an employee or customer at your own risk. Really. They have VERY poor management, the care co-ordinaters are rude/useless. They can't get peoples' rotas done correctly, they allow too many carers to go on holiday AT THE SAME TIME, which leads to them having NO carers because they're already short stuffed, which puts extra pressure on the carers that have to cover. The management is so unorganised that the care co-ordinates have to go out into the field themselves because they f***ed up peoples rota and don't know how to use google maps. I had the absolute WORST experience from working here.

We have had no choice but to change to this agency. This is Westminster in Aylesbury but can fully back up and prove that their on call person over the weekends has No organisational qualities and yet there has been no change the stories she tells you over the phone but never seems to know where the carers are. And to be informed with I'm telling the truth after I have caiught them out on thes stories is pretty bad. Carers are also unable to reach on call too. After two consecutive months of issues every weekend it has left me with no choice but to lodge a full complaint to care quality comissions, the local council and social services again! Who have already been tracking them by recoiling their log in call and report sheets. While this person and issues have not yet been resolved after six months, I sincerely hope that one day they will be old and in need of care themselves and who knows they may suffer with this service too. I strongly recommend that his person be removed before this company ends up with a court case against them!! And yes that is the route i will be taking for my poor disabled mother

I am only awarding one star as it seems no star is an option. I do not normally write reviews. However on this occasion as a new client of two weeks I was told on three consecutive days no carers. Hence I am no longer a client. Having to give personal care to my(immobile) mother who requires two people is not easy,acceptable or safe.I was not even asked why I terminated their services. I told them anyway and not even an apology was offered. They obviously have plenty of customers and don't need my money.Lucky them!

No Stars!! Be very careful one their careers came to my elderly parents house of 80 years and being very helpful tidied up all the drawers and helped herself to all my parents jewellery. My dad had Alizmers so I fear she has gotten away with it.

Disappointment is an understatement avoid this company like the plaguewe cant give this company any stars ok reluctantly just the 1 or I cant post this with all there broken promises and lack of staff.They look good on paper but don't be fooled I should have read the reviews before I paid my deposit which was a month in advance.Others don't take a deposit , but we thought ok you get what you pay for so we signed up only to find when we booked the calls they had no one available we required 3 daily calls 7 days a week they could only provide 1 call twice a week and when we asked why they said they are short staffed . why are they in business the public need to be protected from companies like this posing as professional who just to take your monies at a time when we really need the helpIf we where in the states they would be sued and put out of business . They are a total waste of time stay away from them if you want to keep your sanity and your money .

very bad service! Unbelievably rude service keep in mind i work for them!!!!!Any-who Ive been trying to quit for 2 two months now, tell me why I'm still being harassed by them??Ugly and deceptive personnel, do not i repeat do not apply for a job here!!
