Opening hours on Monday between 8 am and 10 pm that is a two hour period during the first working day of the week. - clearly this is not reasonable.

they need to be open for longer hours on a Monday they are only open for two hours on Mondays 8am -10am I don't see why they can not have the opening hours all the same for all of the week rubbish opening hours.

Abysmal opening hours, leaves basically only 4hrs on a Saturday morning as possible collection time. Not sure who's bright idea this was, but a fairly useless arrangement currently.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Google is the place to go for opening times, so i checked it and went however the opening times are incorrect on google and I wasted myself a trip in 30 degree heat after work. No one goes to the delivery office to check the times. Awful really. Google should be the first point of update

Literally can’t collect my parcel as the opening hours are a complete joke. They’ve had it for over a week as I can’t go when I'm at work, and I’ve tried to update the delivery method online but it won’t let me. How do you expect people working full time jobs to collect between 8 and 10am?

Poor opening times. They don't cater for full time workers. Website opening hours don't match actual hours, meaning wasted trips to collect a parcel.

Opening hours are a joke. If the delivery person used the door bell on my property maybe it would alert,myself or the teenager who is upstairs there wouldn't need to be a re visit etc.
