Very happy with my experience renting a car from Alamo. No queuing to pick up the car and Lucy, at the reception desk, was friendly and helpful.Our car was brand new and very petrol-efficient.Returning the car was extremely easy and quick - Shaq was professional, friendly and courteous and explained the deposit-return clearly.Based on our rental and the customer service received I would definitely recommend Alamo to others.

My experience was much better than expected and flight was late in and vehicle was ready and a quick admin process to get me out and on the road.Vehicle was much better than expected and drop off was quick by using the after hours drop box and had no issues getting my deposit back with no staff present at drop off.Will definitely use again but give yourself time to get to and from the hire car village buy using the courtesy bus which run every q1 to 15 minutes.

Quality service at an attractive price. The only negative point, for which Alamo is not responsible: the rental car village is a long way from the terminals, so you have to take a bus, so plan ahead in relation to your flight schedule.

There is this guy Jack that works there that made my renting and extending my rental so east and straightforward, and he just extended on the rate I had rented with, and it was so helpful! Sometimes with rental car places you risk getting the runaround, but with him it’s all just easy peasy. Thanks Jack!

Excellent service and a nice vehicle at a reasonable price. Only negative is the distance from the terminals and the rickety shuttle bus that takes quite a while to get between the car rental 'village' and the terminals.

I took a taxi to the airport to hire a vehicle which was pre-booked online. The people at the customer service desk were pleasant and friendly-after checking my licence and paying a deposit I was able to pick up the car easily and quickly.A young lady called Sana was particularly helpful to me and helped me get comfortable with the car, helped me with Bluetooth and getting started. Not everyone takes time out to just help so thank you.Highly recommended!

Waited more than 30 minutes to get the car, eventough I arrived 1 hour later then reserved.And gave me a car which was out of Adblue after 1 hour and approx 60 miles of driving.And charged me fuel for 1 litre of diesel plus administration fee becuase the tank wasn't 100% full.
