The Public Trustee
I have paid £40 to submit a NL1 from to end a tenancy after my tenant died. They guarantee a reply within 15 days. After 2 months I still have no reply. They do not answer the phone nor do they reply to emails. They are obtaining money by deception. Utterly useless service
