Quick service friendly and reliable especially when your lock does not work!

They erroneously asserted that producing a large key is an impossibility, a task beyond the capabilities of any locksmith throughout the entire city. Such a statement not only reflects a lack of professional competence but also a disservice to the customer. As a paying client, my expectation is the fulfillment of the requested service. Furthermore, the absurd suggestion to consult my landlord was entirely misplaced. I am the owner of my property, a fact that bears no relevance nor necessity to disclose to a locksmith. This is a clear indication that if the skillset to fabricate a large key is absent, then it is prudent to consider an alternative vocation rather than participating in this industry.

Stuck lick after a really long day yesterday and Sean from Halls got us back in, thank you so much. Really efficient and resourceful and got us back in much quicker than I thought, and lots of advice about security and what to do do next. I couldn’t recommend him and Halls enough.

I was drunk and locked out, cold and absolutely steaming. The locksmith (Joe I think) arrived quicker than expected and was very sympathetic. Got me inside in record time and replaced the lock that had to be drilled. I was pleasantly surprised by the bill which was modest in my opinion. Enough spare keys that I didn't even have to tell the wife, I just swapped hers out.10/10 definitely my go to locksmith.

I help manage our church hall and, on Saturday morning, discovered that I could not unlock the external gate to gain entry. Panic ensued as it would be only a few hours to our hosting the Messy Church Christmas party! I contacted Paul at Halls and explained the situation who would arrange for the on-call locksmith to ring me once he had finished his current Job. Well, when Bob did call he was already on site and, when I joined him 15 minutes later the gate was open! Within minutes I had arranged for the lock to be taken away for repair or replacement, signed the documentation and was on my way home. The whole process having taken just over 90 minutes. Fantastic service from lovely people and well worth the £120 for the call out. Oh! and the party was a great success. Thanks guys!

Had a problem with church safe keys. The replacements initially supplied didn't all work. Joe came out with a colleague and later by himself and sorted everything out with exemplary speed and efficiency, also servicing the mechanisms within the safe for good measure. Thanks Halls!

Had to call out to help replace a lock that had broken. Arrived quickly. Joe was very good, it wasn’t a straight forward job due to some complications with the type lock, Joe was skilful, considerate of not causing damage and also very helpful advising on the best lock security solutions for me to consider in the future.

Dylan did a great job on our door and lock. He was on time, and worked quickly and efficiently. He was polite and charming and we are very happy customers. I would definitely use the company again.
