Went in today to book an appointment to be met with a female version of Basil Faulty who took great delight in informing me I had been removed from their recall the reason being because we can" which I find hard to understand as I never miss a check up which normally means a purchase of £200.I again asked for a reason but she only managed the same reply further adding I would have to find another optician ta ta.So after leaving Spec savers some years ago to support a local business I feel totally let down by this vendor and disgusted by the unprofessional attitude of the assistant"

I always get the best service from Jeff and his staff. Everyone is always welcoming and friendly and there is no pressure when choosing frames.I highly recommend this optician.

Friendly staff and great place to have your children's eyes tested. He doesn't rush them and is thorough with eye tests. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

AMAZING is all I can say!!! Jeff was so thorough and patient with me after having the incorrect glasses since January from vision express after my old independent optician retired :( long long story but I cannot thank Jeff and his team enough, after reading the latest review I was a bit hesitant after I have received so much poor service from the big company’s vision express spec savers. This place is a little hidden gem and he’s basically given me my life back today and hope!! Now awaiting my new lenses but I cannot wait to have pain free eyes and head again thank you so so much to Jeff and the lady who helped me today! Understanding/patience and professionalism 100%Been to pick up specs today and wow I can see! Better than a lotto win!! Eye test Saturday glasses collected Wednesday what more can you ask. The lady rang me to let me know I went straight through and saw her and Jeff both very friendly professional and easy to talk to taking my elderly father here next time he’s due, 2 customers for life

Very friendly staff make you welcome and feel comfortable can't say a bad thing cause there is not even my daughter feels comfortable

I am so pleased I took the decision to attend Jeff Houston Opticians instead of my normal national optician choice.The quality of service provided by Jeff was refreshing and thorough.Also his prices are competitive with a good range of spectacles.
