Inverurie Smile Care

Since moving into this area and having had to change Dentist after having been with my previous one for the last twenty years, I am very happy to say that Smile Care customer service have been extremely helpful and polite. The level of Care, Knowlege and professionalism displayed by their Dentists has made the change seamless and help me relax when undergoing treatment. I would not hesitate in recommending this practice to anyone.

Archana really is a first class dentist really puts you at ease, which for me isn't easy with a fear of the dentist, which has now disappeared. All the staff are really friendly from the moment you arrive, can't recommend them highly enough.

I have had the worst dental experience of my life at this practice. An extraction that I now know should never have been attempted in the surgery, failed after 1.5 hours in the chair and multiple injections. I was asked to come back the following day to try again! I fainted and vomited when I arrived home, and the following day I could not open my mouth. I asked to be referred to the dental hospital. By Thursday I was able to seek a second opinion prior barely and told it should never have been attempted, and must be removed at the hospital, I was also advised to check that the referral made clear the situation and that it was urgent. I checked today, and based on the referral have been referred back out of the hospital as a non urgent minor procedure. I have been on antibiotics for 10 days, and relying on painkillers 24/7. I would also suggest that levels of hygiene are questionable- duct tape repairing a dental chair and a previously used mop and bucket to wipe spillage. It is Dickensian!7 weeks on: Still waiting on a reply from the practice manager. A full formal complaint was sent to them, and there has been no response. I have now had to pay for a specialist private extraction, in a badly injured site, that had a ‘complex’ set of circumstances that should never have been tackled in the dentist surgery!

Iv had so many bad experiences in my adult life with dentists, I always associated dentists with pain. For many years I stayed away and suffered in silence, but I took the bull by the horns and called inverurie smile care (this was hard for me just phoning them) the lovely ladies at reception are so understanding and very helpful and caring. On my 3rd appointment my treatment started, my nerves were all over the place, but my wonderful dentist and his very patient nurse, made me feel so calm, made sure I was pain free, didn't rush me, explained things to me, even at the end of the appointment I got a hug and was told they were proud of me........never ever in my adult life have I experienced anything even close to this. So if you are a big chicken with out the feathers just like me, I highly recommend inverurie smile care, they truly are all angels, thank you

After our dentist left, myself and my children are now under the care of Navin Aziz who is absolutely fantastic. What a highly professional and knowledgeable man! All the Smile Care team are friendly and approachable making the whole experience a pleasure. The reminder text's and phone calls of appointments are great, I totally appreciate these! Such a welcoming Dental Practice, my whole family are registered here. Highly recommend these guys :-)

I've always been extremely nervous of dentists, and always wanted put to sleep to have any work done!! Now however my dentist Archana has been excellent at getting me to the stage where I can have any work done while awake. Excellent service and everything done at your pace! Highly recommended

Auleep is brilliant, completely puts you at ease at every visit. I have no issues getting my kids to go to the dentist anymore at all. Explains everything perfectly and is very caring. Genuinely wants to help. Cant recommend this place enough!

I have put off going to dentist for years due to anxiety. Started coming to smile care about November last year. my dentist is archana and she is amazing she has been so supportive chats away to you makes you feel so relaxed along with her dental nurses that work with her. She is an amazing dentist and if you have anxiety I would recommend you going to see archana. Thank me to all the staff for making you feel welcome.
