At the beginning of August, I took my MacBook Pro in to get the battery changed at the Desborough Road branch, changing the battery didn’t help as it was dying with charge left. So I took it to an authorised Apple Store and was told the battery was in poor condition and a part of the battery wasn’t a genuine Apple part, I had been told by Computer Gallery it was an original Apple battery. I would my money back for my battery fitted by this company.

Dropped in for some help upgrading my pc and they were able to help me same day and for a reasonable price. Helpful staff and a quality result. Would definitely recommend

I took my pc to have the photo files put on a memory stick .it was done the same day.Very impressed. Very happy.

I have been a customer for well over 12 years. My home pc and my sons laptop. repairs, upgrades, tuition etc.I have always been very impressed with the service I receive. in particular I find the staff particularly polite, helpful and keen to sort out problems.Many thanks

Always at the end of the phone for help and assistance.I've used them over the past 4 or 5 years now and have been really happy with them.I've used them for batteries and upgrades. Last week I purchased a second hand Dell Laptop Windows 10. I love it. It's perfect. Great Company.

Okay some negative reviews on here, but I have to say, great quick service, and an excellent recommendation by them, and very pleased with the result.Also a fair price for a windows 10/11 rebuild and new SSD disk, following a HD crash, could have done this myself, alas no time due to travel plans and know what I am talking about here...I believe Rashid was who I spoke to so a shout, and used the Desborough road branch.

I took my MSI laptop to check what the problem was and they said the motherboard was the problem and they could fix it. I left it there. They kept it for three weeks. Every time I called, they said they were waiting for the parts. But in the end, when they got the parts, they said sorry, we cannot fix it. When I got my laptop back, I took it to another service where a guy fixed it in a couple of hours. He told me that nobody had even tried to fix it. The main board had not was removed to someone tray to fix

my laptop had been hacked and all my fies removed, I was in such a panic ,my friend recommended me to Computer Gallery in Desborough rd, its a 40 minute drive from my home, but so well worth the journey ! I felf so happy when Mohammed greated me with a warm smile at the door, even during the social distancing in the Cora Vius times , he made it very easy for me to feel safe in the shop, with 2m distance and only 1 customer at a time . I left my laptop in his professional hands and 2 days later all was good . He explained everything in layman terms to me,as Im not a computer buff. I even brought a second hand laptop |( for back up) from him whic h aws a real bargain. I would very very highly recomend this lovely shop for all IT problems, I have been back twice for other purchases . Thank you so much for making me feel so welcome, certainly service withba smile and very easy to park as well.

My Son took his Macbook Pro as to the shop as there's an issue with the screen, when they first saw it they suggested £300 for the screen, but then if that didn't work it would be £350 for graphics card. They said to leave it with them to do a diagnostic check, so we were hoping for a bit of clarification.He had to chase them twice just to get a response and then went to collect. They told me the same as above but charged him £45 . I wonder if someone can suggest what they did for £45. We would have been happy if they have said we haven't done anything and returned it. My Son even offered £20 as compromise. Now I would like my money back. I am sure based on reviews they do provide a good service but beware if you want a diagnostic check it may not happen.
