My work laptop kept crashing, so I took it to Dr Jerry, who fixed it within 24 HOURS. It now works better than it did before! Super pleased and highly recommend.

Accidentally stepped on & damaged my laptop screen this morning. By 2PM today, I had contacted Dr Jerry, he picked up my laptop, fixed it and brought it back to me. Excellent service, very professional, very convenient especially around the holidays. Thank you Dr Jerry, I've already recommended you to family and friends!

I cant recommend Dr Jerry highly enough! Absolutely brilliant service! Ive been reluctant to buy a new laptop to replace my much-loved 6+ year-old one that has served me so well until recently. Dr Jerry replaced the battery and upgraded to a new solid state drive. It's working better than it did brand new, is super fast, and I am happy beyond words! I use my laptop every day for work, and he replaced the hard drive and returned it to me with all my files, folders, apps etc exactly where they were before. Thank you so much! You will be my first stop any time I have laptop or computer issues from now on!

My daughter's laptop had a cracked screen but Dr Jerry was able to provide me with a quote and complete the repair within 24 hours. I have a very happy daughter again!

Used Dr Jerry`s services several times in recent years. His service is prompt and totally reliable. Charges are very reasonable for the work carried out. Dr Jerry is happy to give any advice requested He will either come to your house or you can take the item to his workshop. I can totally recommend his service.

Dr Jerry is fast, reliable, honest and goes the extra mile. I'll definitely be recommending.As it is with a lot of people I need my laptop for work. So the fan making a loud whirring noise the day before the Easter Bank Holiday was a big concern.I live chatted with Dr Jerry who said he could look at it the next day.He confirmed the fan needed replacing but because of the bank holiday, it was likely to take a week to arrive. However, he was able to source another one and fit it with no extra cost.I'm sure it now runs quieter than it did before.Overall from drop off to pick up was less than 48hrs (on a bank holiday).Thank you again.
