Went on a Thursday lunchtime and it was steady. Still lots of places to sit.A lot of great food options but I feel all the places are more expensive than usual. The leopard pizza was ok and has limited vegetarian options.Vnam ramen was good but it was smaller and more expensive than other pho places. Service was quick here and they have halal chicken.

Lively vibe. Popular food hall, had to search for a table. Good variety of cuisines. Enjoyed the Caribbean and Palestinian food. There's a sand pit for children to play in too.

Me and my 5 work colleagues visited this place as an after work treat. We were all very impressed with our visit. The little pager you get when ordering your food is a great idea. You order your food, then go and take a seat, and the pager lets you know when your food is ready to be collected. The hardest part is deciding what food to have, as their is so much choice. We all vowed to return.

Went this afternoon on a recommendation of the food. Would not recommend going on a weekend afternoon - it was rammed! Took ages to find a free table. There aren't any menus online (that I could find) so you have to walk around all the stalls to decide what you want. The bar didn't have a menu so no idea what drinks they had there! It's a little bit of an overwhelming nightmare for anyone with a splash of neurodiversity but our fault for going at a peak time I guess. Was charged £7 for two americanos and was told the prices (£3 each) on the menu they had out were wrong. Food was excellent to be fair, but it would need to be for the prices! There are a few more food places outside the main hall which we missed, which was a shame as they looked great and so much less busy. I had the vegan selection from House of Habesha which was delicious! Lots of other places had sold out of their vegan options. Have attached photos of most of the menus.

This is the kind of place we have needed in Salford Quays for a long time. There hasn't been much in the way of really good places to eat on the Quays ever really before. It's so good to see the Lowry mall getting some attention in the way of development and worthwhile additions such as Kargo MKT and Bar Quay in general. Its not a cheap visit there but nowhere is nowadays, but it's well worth a visit.

Great range of Halal food options and a variety of cuisines. Includes Palestinian, Ethiopian, Greek, Caribbean, Italian, Korean, Vietnamese and more . Easy parking inside the Lowry. Contactless payments is used in all outlets. Generally clean and tidy. There is outdoor seating as well, and don't forget that some food outlets are outside and down the waterfront staircase including an Indian, Mexican and Vietnamese Outlet.Music is a little loud but hopefully they keep that better managed so it's more friendly for families and people who just want to chat and catch up with friends which I assume is most foodies. The food outlets offering their own hot/cold drinks to suit their cuisine as well are more hot drink options would work really well here.

Great concept and much needed in the area. Lots of choice - something for everyone. We went as a family of 5, incl.3 kids and we all had something different. We had 2 Palestinian dishes, Korean fried chicken, Malatang build your own soup and a burger. If I'm honest, Baity (Palestinian) was a little disappointing. Musakhan was good. But my lamb Maqloba had 4 tiny pieces of lamb - expected more for £16. Korean chicken was really good, as well as the Burger. Malatang soup was such a good value-huge! Quite spicy though even though we chose the least spicy option for the 10yr old.I found the tables were quite dirty and sticky even though we sat at a clean table. All in all , good experience but could be much better. Especially for the price. Quite expensive for what it is.

What an amazing new place in the MediaCity and Salford area. So many interesting food traders to choose from (both inside the main venue and also just outside and down the stairs by the water), I can't wait to visit again to try more places. This time I went to Rio-Mex (by the water, with some lovely comfy seats outside) and the Mexican fries (delicious), croquettes (surprisingly filling and the sauce is excellent), Brazil-style churros (I could eat these all day, so indulgent!) and a chocolate ice-cream and dulce lece waffle sandwich (unbelievable). I also had a Margherita pizza (with burrata) from Leopard Pie (so so nice, especially the crusts). Highly recommend both of these (I added photos of everything). Overall, a fantastic place that I'm looking forward to visiting again, and glad it is dog friendly. Only feedback I'd give is the floor just outside the main venue entrance gets very slippy if it's been raining (I can imagine it'll get worse during winter) and the main place inside was a little too loud for me personally, but outside had a really nice vibe, especially the vendors by the water. It'll be even better when they have a QR code so I can just find a table, order and then relax. But I understand Kargo has only just opened so I'm sure it'll get better once all that is sorted!

It’s a good addition to Salford Quays. We went in Saturday night so expectedly was packed however after 15 mins browsing we got a table. Drink selections are OK however Gin options were limited to Whitley brand!!! There are food selections for all taste but great quality for the price but worth it to try it for once
