Over the last couple of weeks, Darren at the Bracknell branch has been absolutely incredible, going out of his way to help us. He has been so helpful and friendly, really emphasising the value of customer service. We shall definitely use TP when we need further supplies. Thank you Darren!

Tracked down some bathroom tiles to Travis Perkins Bracknell. I'd organised a courier to collect two packages but they managed to damage every tile except 3. Organised a second order of a single pack and sent a box for packaging to Luke and the labels to stick on the box. This arrived in perfect condition. The service and assistence from Luke has been truly outstanding. Many many thanks.

ask for Austin when you go in! Super helpful, I didn't even need to ask for him to assist me with loading my car, he instantly did it and wished me a good day. Such a helpful young man, will defiantly be back in because of him.

Great people. Shame they don't know much. If you have a problem, no one will call you back. It's pass the buck 7 out of 10 sleepers damaged. Look else where if you can

Not sure about general trade counter but hire department was THE MOST UNHELPFUL and UNPLEASANT experience I've ever had with any hire company! Hss, Speedy, DW Hire and others are miles better. Honestly, go ANYWHERE else.

Pretty good prices overall and friendly staff. I find the whole click and collect process a bit antiquated though, with paper having to be moved from counter to staff member then back to counter again only to be scrunched up and chucked in the bin in the end! Seems wasteful and could probably be easily computerised.
