Not recommended at all! I went seeking for help as I was new as sole trader. The first FREE meeting was really informative, therefore I decided to pay and hired them for making my self-assessment plus getting my STR number which I requested it should be ready by March. Once you pay, they don't even reply to your emails, I had to call them directly. Ofc they didn't get my STR number after a month so I needed to handle it myself online. I also had to pay for external help because they weren't giving me support in tax related questions that I needed to know before starting working as contractor.
