Really excellent, and suitable for non-builders too. I called to book a skip between two specific dates (delivery Wednesday and collection on Friday), was quoted a good price and booked it. Reasonably early on Wednesday it arrived and was placed with no fuss. Then on Friday they came and took it away, so the house is clear for the weekend. Really superb - we've all been let down too many times by people whereas this firm do exactly what they say they will. Many thanks

Friendly enough on the phone and they definitely provided a skip.However, upon collection a careless driver damaged our property and the company had no interest in sorting it out and didn't have the courtesy to get back in touch, even after multiple calls and emails. Apparently the gaffer was too busy sorting out the resurfacing of the yard"Not recommended."

Terrible service. 3 different occasions apparently picking skip up, didnt take for permit when paid over the phone, even though told the price included the permit. Rude, argumentative drivers and office staff that tell you one thing and then deny what they have said. 100% wont be using this company again would rather pay a little extra and get a professional service elsewhere. Definitely would not recommend this company to anyone i hear looking for skip.

My neighbour had a skip off these and when the skip was collected the driver knocked the end of my wall down and drove off. Neighbours on other side saw it happen. I have contacted them several times and each time the boss is either in a meeting or will ring back. He never does. Person answering phone has an attitude problem.

Used these several times in the past but won’t be doing so again. Hired a large skip with the intention of using it for several home projects over the summer. They came to collect it without any warning after we’d had it a few weeks and claimed it was their policy that maximum hire time was 7-10 days only. This was definitely not made clear when we hired so we wasted money hiring a larger skip than we were able to fill in the time we had it. Attitude of staff on the phone was poor. Avoid.

Argued with me on the phone about a price a competitor was offering. Will stick to my usual supplier who are £37 cheaper per week.Noisy phone line with people shouting in the background, didn't waste my time.

Skip delivered by half 9 the morning it was due and collected within 90 minutes of phoning to say it was ready for collection. Staff on the other end of the phone and the driver all very courteous and helpful. Great service.

Wow, fantastic company. Was let down by another company but these were so helpful and delivered it the next day. Was told I could have it for however long I needed it. Phoned them to collect it & they were here within 3 hours. Helpful lady on phone & drivers very pleasant. Will use them again & already recommended them to a friend who wants a skip.
