What an absolutely excellent service. Communication was faultless and so helpful. I cannot praise the admin and booking team highly enough. They really went out of their way to help.James, the sweep, was first class. He did a fantastic job and was so knowledgeable. He took time to explain the process and answer my questions as well as doing a really good job.An absolutely faultless service and highly recommended.

I've used this company before - they are just so nice, as well as competent, quick, and not a speck of sooty dust to show he'd been. He advised on a fracture in my Victorian fireplace lining and ended my nighttime thoughts about chimney fires!Thank you.

Ablewight has brilliant customer service. Lisa checked all the details from their last visit. James was polite and on time I felt very comfortable with him working his way through the fireplaces in my house, whilst I was there. He was very thorough, tidy & cleared up afterwards.

Made the call to Ablewight after being let down by our previous Sweep , so pleased that we did this and will definitely be making this our one stop sweep service. James was very knowledgeable , polite and diligent. was pleased to meet the family Collie as was she to meet him. the works were carried out efficiently and clean and neat and tidy. anyone looking for the best service should make the call .
