Phil and his team have just completed a major remodelling of our house, and we are absolutely delighted with their work. The finish and attention to detail is really excellent, and the work was all undertaken safely and (nearly) on time despite lockdown and Covid. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I would heartily recommend Lathams. They extended and re-modelled our house and throughout we found them (and Phil especially) to be a pleasure to deal with. They were communicative and polite and went out of their way to maintain good relations with our neighbours. As an architect I had high expectations for the project and I was pleased with the quality of Lathams work and the whole process of working with them was a pleasure. I would certainly use them again without hesitation.

Phil Latham did a complete remodelling of my house. The work was very high quality throughout. Some of this I could see for myself, some of it I only learnt about afterwards when my architect pointed how carefully it had been done. Latham builders did an excellent job of our two-storey rear extension. Everything was done to a very high standard and we had complete trust in them. At all times we found them to be professional, reliable, approachable, communicative and respectful, as well as highly skilled and motivated. They always kept the site as clean and tidy as possible during the work. They were also proactive in quickly and effectively resolving any problems or setbacks and worked extra hours to meet deadlines.

Latham Builders are courteous, punctual and extremely competent. We hired them for a major renovation of a Victorian terrace off Mill Road. Their knowledge of those houses proved indispensable as we uncovered all the problems of working on a 130yr old property. Quality of their finish matched the tidiness of their work throughout the renovation. Without them, we wouldn't have been able to complete the project to such high standard. Honestly can’t recommend them highly enough.

Phil and team did a brilliant job replacing the flat roof on our extension. Always on time, really neat and tidy, and lovely to work with. Highly recommended!

Phil Latham did a fantastic job on our Victorian house renovation and redecoration in London. Great care and attention to detail - where possible he carefully repaired and renovated rather than replacing so that we were able to retain many of the original details. He closely supervised his team and personally did much of the final detailing to ensure a great finish. He was also considerate to us and our neighbours, leaving everything clean and tidy each day, which was much appreciated as we were living in the house while the work was being done with small children. Highly recommended.

I can't recommend Phil and his team highly enough. From day one on my extension project they have been exceptional, and a real pleasure to have at the house. The style I was aiming for was recognised straight away and throughout the project, which has finished on time almost to the day, I had to pay very little attention as I've been confident that the work, and inevitable issues, will all be handled calmly and finished to the style and quality I'd hoped. I really appreciate the stress that has saved me. The finished project is brilliant and looks even better than I hoped. Every single one of the team has been efficient, professional, considerate to my neighbours and tidy - truly high quality tradespeople.The team are all good fun to have around as well, just in case you are looking for a building company that really does tick every box!
