Av say prices have gone up so much. Not cheapest place to go

Customer service has gone down hill since I first started shopping here.

Some great options here for people with food intolerances. Prices are not always the best so keep that in mind when filling your trolley

Older members of staff have no manners,no thank you, misrable sad looking face's as if they don't want to be there,the younger members of staff are far more cheerful and helpful,I think retraining is in order,on customer relations

Don't need to say much lovely people and lovely service.

Order due on the sat, no show, no customer services working to chase up delivery and store closed. Spoke with customer services on the Sunday, promised delivery, no show again, again customer services and shop closed to could not chase it up. Spoke with customer service on the Monday, they advised getting delivered that day, asked if shopping was getting freshly picked as I ordered a load of fresh shopping, he rung the store to confirm this. 2 complaints logged.Order arrived, still had Saturday stickers on my shopping, frozen items soft, fresh stuff was either out of date or almost out of date. Looks like my shopping had been sat in the back of the van for 3 days so not freshly picked. Rung customer service, complaint 3 apparently logged, going to refund for the out of date items and some frozen items within 3-5 days.Day 10 - still no refund, rung customer services who advised no complaints have been logged and my refund was not actioned, just logged. Then advised they had to get the store to authorize the refund (why hadn't this been done 10 days ago when issue was first identified). Asked to speak to a manager, apparently the manager don't speak to customers so hide by the side of the customer service advisor and told her what to say. so now apparently now getting refund within 3-5 days.... lets see..This is a very poor service, I am lucky i can go and buy additional items but there are very vulnerable people in the community who are not as fortunate. Iceland you want to hold your head in shame with your poor customer care.

I find Iceland have taken away some of our favourite deserts which was disappointing over Christmas. Also I could not find any of The meat products I went there to buy. The staff are really helpful , friendly, and work hard. The range of products for sale has widened in the last year making their stores more competitive.

OK place some bargains but prices going up.

Just been served by the rudest person ever. The poor lady in front of me was getting quite flustered as she and the man she was with packed as quickly as they could, pushing my goods through right behind theirs ( I only had 4 items). I felt quite embarrassed and told them not to rush. Manners and customer care does not exist in there.

Get some good deals here, it's just that it seems short staffed sometimes and it doesn't hurt some staff to smile
