I had my rat PTS here and the vets were beyond lovely and accommodating. What is usually a horrible experience was made almost joyful by the people who worked here. I asked for a cutting of my pets fur and I got so much more. The vet tech made me laugh and was such so amazing - I can't put into words how appreciative I am for these people. Thank you so much for everything you did for us. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

All the vets seem very pleasant and helpful, the nurses likewise. Separate waiting area for cats/dogs works well. A nice car park at Wincanton rounds off a satisfying experience.

Our cat was hit by a car and I took her to Wincanton vet at 5.30 today, Saturday. The young lady vet was brilliant and although Ziggy was DOA, she was extremely supportive and professional. Many thanks.

I cannot explain how much we appreciate everything Southill Vets have done for us and our dog. We have a rescue dog, who is reactive to others dogs, but Southill completely took it in their stride and have made everything so easy and painless.We recently attended on a Saturday as our dog had lost movement in his hind legs. Charlotte and Hayley were amazing, cannot speak highly enough of them. They stayed hours past their finish time, helped our dog into a specialist centre that same day and were just great with him. They cared for him like he was their dog and we appreciated it so much that day. Without Charlotte and Hayley’s care and quick work, we might not be bringing our dog home today. So we are forever grateful.I’d recommend Southill Vets to everyone, if you have a nervous/reactive dog and are worried about taking them to the vets, use Southill, they’ll help you through the whole process.

Nurse was very patient with Alfie and we were very impressed.

Slow to replie to phone calls and agreed to call back didn't do this and had to be chased.All sorted in the end always take care of the animals when we take them.Communication could be better.

I just want to thank all the staff at Gillingham & Wincanton vets who supported us & showed so much kindness & love to my gorgeous Yoda. Me & my family extremely grateful at such a hard time
