This place used to be great. Not anymore. The new owner is very very lazy. I asked him to order me a part for my bike and sent him pictures. He said he would do it. After weeks of chasing him I realised hes very good at procrastinating. Kept saying to me he is waiting. So I stopped chasing and he never updated me. I also told him I wanted to buy a new bike at some point. He's lost my business.

first time visit for mottake too longfor 5 minutes work they charge 15£ labour and big problem is they made me wait 90 minutes. never visit ahead

MOT service is excellent .They are very professional and took care of my motorbike as if it was theirs.Pastor is kind and helpful and I couldn't expect a better service.I recommend everyone to go there as you won't be disappointed.

Terrific mecchanics caused me hundreds and hundreds pounds of damage, let my bike being recovered after a theft, they told me there were problems with the fuse and they also changed the keylock, it turned out they only changed the keylock so my bike as been in fault again after few days, they charged me 240 pounds for a keylock, nowdays these mecchanics here are just full time scammers, very fews are an exception but of course this is not.

When my bike was broken down( Yamaha Fazer 600),Pastor recovered it with his van and took it to the workshop to fix.For me it’s very convenient and stress free that he sorts out everything.Couple of days later I picked up the bike and very happy with the job.Definitely recommend the shop!

Opposite from the comment below, which I completely disagree. The new owner is very polite, patient and helps with any doubts. Beautiful place. Refurbished, clean and tidy. 100% recommend Scooter City Wembley.

Excellent servise. Very honest and reasonable price. They dont beat around the Bush. I live in watford but will defo going back to scooter city in wembley as they are pros.

Sorry couldn't gave less than this cause had no choice.i went to this shop to get a spark plug for my motorbike ended up buying tyres for my motorbike from them In the beginning the way they talk sounds genuine .Found out the tyres that they got for me i was overcharged for them.i checked online the tyres were for £145 they charged me £200for them on top of that £60 to put them on .Never going back there again .Just an advice for everyone if u go there just get a quote and do research .

Not recommend at all. I went to them on Wednesday 4th January because of some issues , and the man told me that the chain was loose and needed to be tightened in addition to oil. Also told me that the back indicator needs to be completely replaced. I told him to do only in the chain, and after five minutes he told me that the work was done, and charged me £25. After leaving, I discovered that the chain was still loose and only oil had been added to it without cleaning. And I fixed the indicator myself and found that it only needed to connect some cables. I will definitely never trust in them again and do not recommend them

Pretty good service here. 1st rider went in with mirror issue a week later, sorted in minutes, for free too. Hard to find that kind of service anywhere
