Great Sainsbury’s with an Argos at the back and a locksmith in the carpark. Free parking and cafeteria with not so bad food!!I’ve found the shelves in this store to always be fully stocked and brilliant variety in all products. If there’s ever an item I’m struggling to find online or elsewhere, I pop down to this Sainsburys (as my closest one) and they usually have what I’m after. Even if it’s not an every day item.

I like the fact that you don’t need a coin for the trolley ( such a shame that other shoppers can’t be bothered to put the trolley back though), the shop has a lot of choice and great products, it is clean and well organized and unlike many shopping outlets these days, you are not forced to scan your shopping yourself. There are cashiers there!

Cafe is great, store has a wide selection with helpful staff.Just needs neater shelving. Everything is pushed back and shopped, needs pulling forward to be presentable.

I want to give a massive thank you to all the wonderful staff at sainsbury's. Especially the young gentleman in yellow jacket s this morning on Tues 14th Nov as i arrive to the store he gave a lovely compliment on my lovely coat. I was feeling a bit low and the bad weather didn't help but his compliment made my day. To compliment someone's hair or on someone's little dog or in my case my coat goes a long way . I wish i knew his name but hopefully this will reach him to show how much it means. I also appreciate all the staff both in store and in the café plus those who work outside as they all are very kind and helpful and this makes a wonderful difference. I love shopping at this sainsbury's.

Great selection on offer even though it was busy car park was full so all staff doing there individual jobs restocking Great shopping experience, on the checkout guy called Mark absolutely brilliant Great customer service left with a smile love sainsburys thanks guys

This is a large store, with nice wide aisles making it easy to get around even when busy. Also, it has a good range of products, so you can find pretty much everything you need.

Ordered wine to collect at store, but they were out of stock. The customer services desk were enormously helpful and they provided an almost identical product at a favourable price. Brilliant customer service.

It is unfortunate that I find myself writing this review as up to now I have nothing but praise for the delivery service I have received.However having had my delivery slot booked for today at 11am I received a telephone call to inform me drivers were sick and my order could not be delivered until this evening which was a pain for me but not the end of the world , it is not great that then having confirmed a slot with the call centre of 8pm-9pm to be sat waiting only to ring the call centre to see where my order is to be told it was a later slot I booked and then be told my food was sat in the store is where I started to loose patience. Why arrange a new slot and then not bother to show up ? No telephone call with an update either.This level of customer service is not great and not what I expected from what has been a fantastic service. Please do not offer delivery slots you have no capacity to fulfill. Next time perhaps consider just telling the customer we cannot make it at all due to sickness.
