Fairfax Drive POSTOFFICE

Do not use this store, I opened a drop and go account with and trusted them to send my parcels correctly. The store makes mistakes over and over again and have cost me so much money ( If you have a drop and go account check as they probably didn't weight your parcels, put them all at the same weight and overcharged you) they charged me £125 to send 5 small parcels, sent one parcel to the wrong address costing me £50 and also sent a Parcelforce package out untracked and uninsured when I asked for it tracked and insured to up to at least £175. After all these mistakes I have now been banned from the store for causing too many problems because they refuse to do anything about it...

Great local shop - post office - parcel shop rolled in one! Good selection of groceries, and post office counter open until closing time.

A place ro by a stamp post a letter, convenient

Open early till late. At peak times you may have to wait as usually only 1 person serving post office and shop

Asked to send tracked 24 with additional insurance. On checking receipt they overcharged me by sending special delivery by 1pm but did not insure my parcel.Queue also took forever as the customer I sent front of me was charged the incorrect amount for their purchase and the customer in front of them had to explain to the staff how post codes work. Will go elsewhere in the future.

Always had great service from the guys here. Post Office is open 8-8 which is a major bonus.Always helpful and correct, this is a great little post office!

Lazy staff who refuse to process post office related work at 9:30pm despite being open until 10pm. Normally buy £10-20 worth of (overpriced) stuff every time I visit, but won't be visiting them again.
