Went with another quote as it was a third of the quote of Anglian and installed three times quicker than they quoted. I have since had monthly calls asking for an update although each time ask for my details to be removed.

Had a new sliding patio door installed,workmen arrived when scheduled and carried out the work. After they left I noticed a couple of issues and immediately rang their customer service team was put through to the Wakefield depot who emailed the relevant person and provided me with their email address so I could send photos through of the issues. Within 2 hours I had a callback and the guys came out the next day to fix the issues to my satisfaction. You hear horror stories about getting repairs done after installation and I was expecting a fight but it was very easy. We need new windows and a front door next and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again

Absolute disgusting customer service. Had issue with a faulty door design for 2 years with numerous replacements.Dealt with Paul Mason who was supposed to come back to me 4 moths ago but ignores all calls and emails.Sell you the dream then walk away!

I worked for this horrible company for 3 months, in them 3 months I received 3 payments, let’s bear in mind that they pay weekly.All my commissions started going missing and I got told that it was because customers were cancelling, I asked for prove of this to which I have no response to and they have wiped my account with them so that I cannot access my commission statements.Please don’t ever use or work for this company they ruined my life

I paid for a repair. Two months down the line still nothing. They promise me the call back and they never do. Girls on the phone are absolutely horrible, if you express your disappointment they accuse you of shouting then hang up.I now want a refund and still no call back after . I am having issues getting my money back.Horrible people who work there.

Do not go with this company, the customer care is terrible, from abrupt language from the surveyor, to the regional manager not keeping his word. I spoke to them on Sunday saying I’d like to go ahead with the door, got a letter on the Monday saying I’m being charged for cancellation if I don’t get in touch, then spoke to the regional manager who said he will get back to me on the Wednesday, then Thursday get another letter saying they are keeping 15% of my deposit.Horrible company, I wonder how many people they have done this to. Cowards that don’t even return calls

Date arranged via email from this company in advanced for a site meeting, travelling 3 hours and getting a BnB to make sure I'm here for the 10am appointment with no show from them, no cancellation, no call, no problem, will take my custom elsewhere
