Went in to get a takeaway. First of all had no tango. Then ordered 7up took it home to find the drinks were soda water. While in there the staff are having conversations stood around chatting noone cleaning the tables. This is the second time something has gone wrong. Won't be going again.

KFC always good tasty fried chicken.. But that's where the story ends. The shop is far too small to keep up with local demand and the introduction of online orders also increases this problem. Staff often seem bewildered and confused. Takeaway orders are far too often wrong so always check your contents before leaving..Nice sit down area to the side of kitchen but during peak times is often dirty and very unhygienic with messy tables and litter scattered on the floor ..for a big fast food chain like KFC this store definitely let's the side down ..

We ordered dinner for our daughter on Just Eat and shortly after the app went down so we could track, when it came back on it said the driver was at the restaurant. 30 mins later it still said the same, so even if we wanted to we could not cancel. I then got a text 10 mins later telling me the order had been cancelled!!?? My wife called the restaurant and was basically called a liar saying we must have cancelled?? On the text I received it said 'cancelled try another place'........ so clearly not us cancelling. Not surprised this restaurant only has 3 starts, not sure it even deserves 3!! Same review also left on Just Eat

Absolute chaos. Lost orders. Food waiting for drivers to collect. Staff not sure if it’s already been sent or not. Chicken was over cooked almost burnt. I’ve never had that from a KFC.My reviews are rarely negative but always honest.

Ordered from here using Uber eats, things we ordered AS A BUCKET didn't turn up. It's literally a package deal... Called non stop for 10 minutes and no answer. Absolute joke. Want my money back.

Walked in to this kfc ordered an famliy bucket and I come home it was all chciken leg and wingI was expecting all different types of chickens in the bucket , however this is not the first time it has happened to me or our famliy members .Where is the old kfcStaff are always on point and great service27/08/23

Was greeted by a member of staff half leaning on the desk. Cam I help you she asks, I have her my order to which she then looked at another member of staff to take the order. Two Tower stacker meals please I said. Staff member looked a boy dumbstruck, to which a third member popped around the corner asking me again what I wanted!!!Food was put in a bag and left on the side, just wait someone will do your drinks (another member of staff, with no customer experience) . She spoke to the girl on till, you need to 2 tangos. The girl seemed a bit peed of at this a she turned a bright shade of red. As she was doing the drinks the machine decided it wouldn't stop, so turned into a bit of an issue. Everyone in the place knew about it. To be fair she apologised, put the drinks in front of me and walked off to tell everyone about it.Anyway I finally got home with my takeaway, only to find one burger less than I paid for. I live roughly 10 mind away so wasn't prorated to drive back, so I tried calling to make them aware of their mistake. Surprisingly there was no answer. I wouldn't normally complain, but this restaurant is run by kids with no customer service skills and and no interest in the job they doing. I will not be returning and I would never recommend to anyone.

Staff very busy as short by the sound of it they were constantly moaning about who was coming in to do a shift. They shouldn't be doing this in front of a shop full of customers. Those that were in were working very hard to get the orders out so can't fault that.

Terrible. Cold, hardly any chips, got order wrong, had no lemonade for past 3 weeks for the meal deal. Very unorganised and people arguing in the queue at who was first. Unfortunately not good experience or food atall
