Robert did an exceptional job cleaning our office and flat carpets in Kew. For our office carpet it had really bad stains and hadn't been cleaned in 5 years and I was expecting a 2 out of 10 because it was such a old carpet but Robert made it a 10 out of 10. It has completely lightened up the whole room. He was super friendly, on time and I thought his price was very reasonable. Would very much reccomend.

Couldn't be happier with Robert's service. I had low expectations on removing some stains from an expensive carpet which Robert was able to remove. His work has made a real difference to parts of the house with heavy footfall creating a genuine lightness.Great communication, professional and honest in his appraisal - strong recommend.

This was the second time we used Robert to clean our rugs. He's very professional, punctual, and more importantly he only uses eco friendly products and always does a good job. Highly recommended.

Robert is very kind, professional, amazing and a real expert. Very pleased with the results. Robert made the entire carpet new using only eco-friendly products. He saved me a lot of money on re-carpeting the apartment. The before and after pictures say it all. Thank you so much Robert.
