I wish I had read the reviews before buying! Don't waste your money, I've ordered two blinds and both of them don't work. The company used several emails to try and manipulate me into not returning them. The last emails says "one of the trucks was misaligned. The wands just needed the hooks levelling up! If you would like the blinds returning there is a £7.95 charge to pay.What a joke, now I've got to take them to court for my money back so believe me, try a an alternative company as these are not helpful or do do not produce good products I've got lots of photo evidence

I'm delighted with my electric blind. Easy ordering (customer services offered clear assistance with dimensions etc), not long to wait for delivery (ordered on 30 July 2020, received on 13 August 2020 by DHL) and easy to put up, even for a middle aged woman with little DIY experience. The motor is super quiet and the 5% sunscreen fabric offers privacy whilst letting in plenty of light. The blind was for my large bay window which is over 2.5 metres wide; too wide for other suppliers but no problem for Order Blinds Online. Overall I am very impressed with the value for money and will definitely be ordering again.

Positive, pleasant experience.Before ordering I asked for and I received samples of the blind fabric, so it was nice to be able to see the colour and texture of the blind. I ordered a large (240x190cm) blind, it arrived in less than 2 weeks, it fitted perfectly and it's been working like a dream since. Quiet and classy. Thinking now about ordering more blinds. Thank you.

Very pleased with my wooden Venetian blind. Samples were received quickly and order was processed efficiently. Good price product, so simple to use, electrician to fit, programme and basically leave and they open and close every day as if by magic!

It was easy to order samples - and they arrived quickly. Ordering the blinds, an estimated dispatch date was given and accurately so.The blind and accessories were well packed and easy to fit. One negative was that I ordered the fascia and no instructions for fitting it and its brackets were enclosed, but it was easy enough to do.The blind fixing was easy with the fascia unit, and the battery and cabling too. Programming the remote was also straightforward with the instructions.The whole blind was more sturdy and robust than another by a different manufacturer we had used for another room.Very pleased!

I would recommend, even though i had a few problems. Day / Night Zebra remote electric roller blind over 2 mtrs wide. Good delivery and price. Was a problem with the rechargeable motor only lasting 10 days then needing a full recharge every 8 days, after a month they sent me a replacement motor and that is working fine up till now, 8 weeks on and not needing a recharge. End caps on roller kept falling off, but an easy fix with some tape. Good communications with their help desk Emily. A bit noisy and the neighbours can hear it as the noise travels through the walls.
