Magnet Kitchens

Not sure yet if I buy the kitchen.Been few days and still waiting for quotes and design!!!!!

Waste of time they need professional staff. As soon you walk you can see the rude face wearing glasses enjoying his coffee. Dont bother to ask anything. Try to avoid this place

Overpriced Products & Disinterested Sales Team. Watch the discounts & freebies, you pay for them in the end figure. Tried on several occasions to strike a mutual deal, but was like pulling teeth to get any enthusiasm or true customer service. Seriously do not know how the Magnet Peterborough Sales Team ever sell a kitchen? Left showroom (twice) feeling like they really could not care a wink. Think management needs to sit up and do a bit more Sales & Customer Service training there.

Kitchen damaged, abused on the telephone, wanted to return kitchen and told I had to pay £85 to return kitchen, if boxes open I could not return, how do I check for damage if I can’t open and check.Items missing, was told I had to wait another 11 days, my kitchen fitter was ready on site to fit. Above all else, LIES LIES and more LIES.

Staff very helpful, clear setup to view different kitchen designs and ideas. Good cv-19 measures.

After shopping around for kitchens and visiting all kitchen suppliers from small businesses to big showrooms such as Wren.. I ended up ordering my kitchen from Magnet. To be fair all the other suppliers were very competitive with price and the overall product, but Magnet won on their personal customer service. Nothing was to much and Ellie from Magnet she took time to understand my needs and me as as an individual and designed a kitchen on that basis, she thought outside the box and her friendly and nature allowed me to trust her suggestions. She knew exactly what would work and didnt cold sell anything which I loved!Also the after service was amazing any issues she resolved and took ownership. Magnets customer service is on point and its people like Ellie who are an asset to the business..I would recommend Magnet to all especially the Peterboorugh branch.

Service was excellent from start to finish and after sales care was the icing on the cake - a great service.

The kitchen we have chosen and got delivered is a dream, I really love it but the customer service from Peterborough store is most disappointing. I've requested a couple of times now another appointment directly with them to add extra units to our kitchen but they just can't be bothered to call back on the day (even though they give me a date and time!). I'm trying another store to hopefully get what we want.

Terrible customer service, no one came out to measure up, I was asked to do it myself, when I complained, someone designed the kitchen, it was very basic, in fact I could have done a better job. Left it as other work going on, I called back recently to be told the person who designed my kitchen had been promoted! My drawings had been deleted, so no measurements once again. I then received an email to cancel my appointment. Had I not seen this I would have turned up to the appointment. I asked for the Managrer's details to make a complaint, assured someone would contact me, guess what, no one has been in touch with.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in any company. Once they have a sale they don't want to know, installation not what was agreed on design, point blank refusal to put things right. Do not sign anything until you are 100% happy with fully complete installation. I stupidly did as I trusted them with a verbal agreement. They will play on your good nature and use it against you.
