Southern Counties Window Cleaning

Absolutely disgusted, signed up on Thursday 12 July, a very lovely chatty man came out on Friday 13 July to clean my windows, I could of given my Nephew a bucket and sponge and he would of done a better job, and probably cheaper, he also didn't clean the bathroom window as agreed when I signed up.The windows are smeared so rang to complain and told them I would not be using them again, they did say they could come back again and redo them, what's the point, if not right first time round how would it make a difference, what a waste of £15...would not recommend....

Had a quote but didn't sign up to anything, guy turns up a week later unannouced saying we'd signed up to have the windows done. Can see old people being fleeced if not careful.

Had them as my window cleaners for the last 6 months, always come on time and do a brilliant job on the windows. Would definitely recommend!

we didnt hear from them until the guy turned up on the good Friday, when we said we had not agreed to anything he called his boss and was told the boss left a message on our phone, sadly we dont use a message service on our landline so not sure how he left a message.Long story short, turned up unannounced, we had not requested the service, but apparently an alledged message on our landline (which does not have message service) from the boss is sufficient for them to allocate work for their staff, and for that staff member to be polite but persistent that he should clean the windows. from this exeperience and some of the others described on this site i would urge caution when dealing with this company and would be concerned about pensioners being scammed.

After the first window clean I was dissatisfied with the result so I emailed and called the company to explain I did not want to continue with this service. I was called back by the owner of the business who told me I would have to pay three times the price as there terms and conditions are for a minimum of three cleans. There are no terms and conditions on the paperwork they presented. Be aware.

As the previous review to mine states. This are claiming I have to have 3 cleans as a minimum despite not telling me this on the door when they came round. I would never have agreed to that.Even worse they don’t clean your windows properly.

These people are bullies and try to use not understanding British Trade Standards and British Law.. Sadly we are a legal company based in a residential area... DO NO USE THIS COMPANY!After saying I didn't want the service at this time... was informed if I understood The Law & British Trading Standards I would know what was in the small print and what I am now obligated into is a minimum of 3 cleans and payments if I don't want the Cleans I still have to pay!''I am not bullying tactics... not is this in any way binding or legal agreement

Chris and his team have cleaned my mums windows for many years regularly and reliably - she is very happy with the service and workmanship.

Bad management. Ripped off company . The so call Boss call Jamie is so disrespectful and rude . So AVOID AT ALL COST. They Can’t even clean the windows properly.
