My room was a good size however I did have a fair few problems during my stay. Maintenance workers let themselves into the flat and into MY ROOM without warning or permission. This occurred multiple times, including during the night when a group of cleaners entered my room whilst I was asleep. I raised concerns about this and was ignored. I felt unsafe and horrified that this could happen.EDIT: I posted this review under a nickname and that is why Aparto would not find me on their system. I do not wish to contact them as they did nothing when I raised concern during my stay.

I stayed in caton court for 3 years and it’s by far the best accommodation in Lancaster in my opinion! Very modern, cozy rooms with amazing communal spaces. Everyone in the staff team is super friendly and responsive to any issues you might have. As a bonus they do lots of fun activities like pancake mornings and themed parties for residents. Highly recommend! If I ever decide to come back to Lancaster for masters or phds I’ll definitely come back to caton court! :)

My year stay at Caton Court has been good but since new management joined, it has been amazing and smooth sailing. Special thanks to James, Dan, Mark and security for providing a welcoming, fun and safe environment!There has been events held with good music and food. The gym is great and the sky lounge is beautiful and perfect for hanging out or studying. I’m really going to miss the place!

I had an amazing experience staying at Caton Court! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and supported. The staff, especially James, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and hassle-free. The facilities were excellent, providing all the necessities for a comfortable stay and a conducive learning environment. The location was convenient, close to Sainsburys and bus station and various amenities. The communal spaces were fantastic for socializing and making new friends. I appreciated the security measures in place, which made me feel safe throughout my time there. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation to any student looking for a home away from home during their academic journey.

He is incredibly helpful and there's a palpable sense of care in everything he does.Adding to the charm are Jasmine and David, who are consistently friendly, responsive, and always willing to assist, ensuring a seamless experience. Their approachability makes it easier for anyone to ask for help and their constant dedication to the residents' wellbeing is commendable.However, it's Mark the fixer who we will miss the most. Mark is not just a staff member, he's the heart and soul of Aparto Caton Court. His cheerful personality, quick wit, and readiness to solve any issue, no matter how big or small, is deeply appreciated. He's been one of the best people I've ever come across and has made my stay here unforgettable.Aparto Caton Court is more than just a student accommodation; it's a family away from home. I taught a yoga session down at Caton Court in June 2023 and was very impressed with the facilities and friendliness of the staff. The communal living areas were fresh, modern and spotlessly clean and the gym is clearly popular with the students.
