Not a great experience unfortunately. Ordered on the 3rd August and 2 weeks later still no sign. Emailed and called to be told 'it's up to you to chase the courier'. Eventually sent another shipment but was missing 2 items. Again emailed and called multiple times only to get an email stating 'you got what was paid for' with a breakdown that didn't even remotely add up. Called to discuss again and finally got the last of the order shipped but it truly wasn't what I expected to have to do simply to receive what I paid for. Shocking service' 4 weeks to resolve is not acceptable from any company.

I Ordered pistol and gas and co2, I’ve waited 2days and still never got a confirmation email, tried creating an account on the website to try and track my order, I signed in and went to “ my recent orders” and it said “empty” I’ve emailed support and manager email, still nothing yet! Very bad service so far! I’m going to Give it a couple more days before I go through the refund steps and taking legal action if nothing received soon!

So I ordered a Airsoft gun from the website it took 2 weeks to come and when it come the magazine was split and cracked so I asked for a refund I sent five emails and no reply never order from them again avoid

Despite the bad reviews i've seen i took my chances and everything went smoothly, i placed an order and the next day it was dispatched and arrived two days later. Gun arrived fine and works great thanks.

My review echoes others' experiences: received a gun that didn't work, very cheap. Contacted the owners who asked for video evidence but unfortunately, the video exceeded the maximum size allowed to upload, therefore this route was not an option, I explained the issue but my explanation went completely ignored, still never to be answered. They took my money and ignored any chance of communication to return. Don't advise this company, will avoid for the future. AVOID

Totally disagree with the bad reviews here. I bought myself a D2810 M4 and absolutely love it. Fast delivery, top quality and value for money. Highly recommended.

Ordered a BB gun from here couple months back and it came broken and I sent many emails and still no response so I went up my bank to get the money back and they said to the bank that they responded but I hadn’t received anything so I lost £25 don’t buy and wouldn’t recommend it, take my word for it save your money and go to a shop to have a look at the gun before you buy
