Really good experience with Garland Motors. Phoned up on Monday to enquire about the car I wanted to look at and I explained that I wasn't free to view it until Friday so they held the car for me for a small deposit. I also explained that I was over 2 hours away and if I liked the car I would hope to drive it away on the same day; Nigel made sure the car was fully ready when I viewed it with service and MOT all sorted. Needless to say I bought the car and drove home with it within an hour.Would highly recommend.

I already knew that they had a great reputation in the village (and therefore chose to buy my car from them) and I will give them 10 out of 10 for customer service, which to me is the most important factor when buying a car. True to their reputation they said I could pop in any time, if I needed any help, which is a massive reassurance. They also spent endless time explaining all the gadgets on the car and there was no pressure when I initially popped in to see what cars they had available. Plus I felt Craig was absolutely honest in his knowledge and what he didn't know, he would find out, rather than fob us off. His honest and helpful attitude gave me the confidence to buy a car there and then.I can't recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic service from Garland Motors. Open on Sundays too which was brilliant. Nothing too much trouble even delivered the car for us which made life easier for us. A really big thank you to them all. Five stars totally deserved.

We had a great experience recently buying our new Golf. Shaun went above and beyond to find the spec we wanted and within a week found what we were looking for and within our budget and arranged quick collection. The PCP finance was explained very well. Drove away a happy customer!

Travelled from Devon to collect my new (to me) Nissan Navara today. The vehicle was every bit as good as described by Nigel and team, photos were also good, but actually it was better in the flesh! The guys could not have been more helpful and open from initial enquiry, through deposit and to final viewing and collection. I didn't have to ask for the obvious jobs to be done, they were already taken care of.Do not be put off if you only have one opportunity to visit, if like me you live a good distance away. Nigel and his guys did their best to answer my endless questions and to make sure my mind was at ease throughout the process.I found them very straightforward to deal with and would highly recommend them.

I purchased my BMW from Garland Motors in November 22. I live around 2 and a half hours away, so it was a long way to come, but they had a car in the spec I wanted. Although I had to visit twice as I couldn’t take the car the same day, I didn’t mind and was told this in advance, so there was no issues there.I’m very happy with the car and it was well worth travelling that bit further to get it. All the cars there looked good and of a high standard. Shaun was knowledgeable and patient and I didn’t feel pressured into a sale despite travelling. Overall I would highly recommend and would buy from them again.
