Avoid this company!! Sloppy workmanship!!

Brilliant service yet again. Rang and within half an hour one of your team was with us and sorted did an excellent job. So helpful, efficient and friendly. Wish we'd found you earlier! Thank you all yet again. Fully recommend this ACE team.

First 4 Repairs did a fantastic job on my sad and dated 1980's kitchen. From my initial consultation with Andy Mortimer I was confident Id be getting a good job.It was a real pleasure to deal with you and the work is first class. Hugo and Mark were true experts at their jobs

The gentleman that came out to have a look at our bath was lovely and said he would do a couple bits (put in a bit of wood under the bath and seal one edge of the bath). None of what this gentleman did fixed the leak that we called them out for. We then received a bill of £105 with no breakdown on at all other than VAT. I thought this was extremely expensive as the man was only at my property for 45 mins which I can prove by my door camera. My husband rang up to question the cost of this to be told we have been charged 1 hour and a half for labour which we cannot believe and the rude man on the phone was telling me that he my doorbell camera evidence was factually incorrect! The man on the phone was obnoxious and very rude to myself and my husband. Would barely let me get a word in and was claiming we were the rude ones. We were merely questioning why we were being charged a large amount of money when they haven’t fixed the problem and then made up that the chap was at our property for double the time he was. The bill has been payed but would never use or recommend this company to anyone. Avoid at all costs if you don’t want to be charged lots of money for them not fixing the job!!!!!
