They were great from start to finish, not only did they sell me an amazing car but they made the whole experience very enjoyable, they were super friendly and it ran so smoothly. I couldn’t be happier with the way I and my family were treated by the staff at Bristol street motors Hyundai Silverlink. They’re friendly as well as professional. I never felt pressured in anyway to buy a car. As for the test drive it was as long as I wanted it to be. Most garages take you once around the block and the test drive is done. Not Hyundai they let me drive until I was fully satisfied with the vehicle. It’s also good to talk to people who know what they’re talking about. I was looked after by Chris Hargreaves who took the time in choosing the best car that suited my disability and I couldn’t be more happier. Thank you all for everything especially my car.

Had an amazing experience from start to finish! Had a test drive of the car with the help of David at the dealership, was handled very professionally . Was very pleased with the service and the car. Went ahead with the purchase and the experience of it was very good. Steve was also very helpful with the process. They were in contact every step of the way, helping as much as they could. Would definitely recommend a visit!! Now have a lush new motor :)

Had my santa fe serviced here twice. Both times after being serviced here, I had to take it back for a fuel leak and other issues. Which was caused by human error. Putting my family and myself in danger while driving. The first time I had to call the emergency services. Which in itself was horrible since I was doing a school run. And I had parked by the school. Can't imagine what would have happened if the vehicle would of caught on fire.I Won't go too much into details here. But after submitting a complaint, the manager offered me a free MOT and 15% off my next service. A complete joke. After experiencing a traumatic event twice. Who in their right mind would trust this center to service their vehicle again?

A truly shocking and awful customer experience. Purchased nearly new Hyundai on 6th October. Car delivered with catastrophic engine failure. Hyundai UK will not cover under warranty due to negligent previous repair by Bristol Street Motors (not disclosed). NOTHING has been resolved in over 2 months. The car languishes in the garage. The worst part is Anna Harris refuses to respond to reasonable requests by email or phone. Problems happen in life…but this is simply a case of not caring about their customers. Please can I recommend that you buy a car elsewhere. Do not buy here - they don’t care.UPDATE: AS IF PROOF WERE NEEDEDI finally got the following response from Anna Harris Considering the personal nature of your google review I have referred this matter to our central team to progress with your concerns moving forward" but not to my legitimate question which was a request to confirm "whether
