We could not recommend Luca’s Events enough. When planning our wedding, we prioritised food as one of the, if not the most important thing at our wedding. Laur is quick to respond to emails, considerate and highly professional. Not to mention an excellent chef! Lots our guests said that it was the best food that they had ever had at a wedding - one guest even asked if Laur has a Michelin star! If you're wondering whether to book Luca's Events for your wedding, then 100% do it. You won't regret it. Laur and the whole team made our day absolutely perfect. But more than that - every moment spent with Laur from booking, to tasting, to the day itself, was an absolute joy. He cares so much about making everything perfect, and his team consistently went above and beyond on our day to help everything run smoothly. The food was incredible - all cooked fresh and so flavoursome. And he provides so much choice (even for vegetarian and vegan guests which was really important to us). I really can't say enough about how brilliant he and the whole team were. Thank you, Laur!

Dani and Rica put on an incredible 3 course dinner for myself and 15 friends. The food absolutely delicious (with very generous servings!) with very friendly and professional service too! Would highly recommend.

We had Luca’s Events cater for our 30th wedding anniversary. I can’t fault any part of the food or the service. Laur and his staff were friendly and professional. The food was amazing and good value for money. I’d have no hesitation in recommending them.

Luca and Danielle and their team exceeded our expectations. From the tasting to the superb meal for 180 guests. Every thank you letter has mentioned and marvelled at the food. We cannot recommend Luca highly enough. When daughter number 2 gets married we will be booking Laur and Danielle again.

My wife reached out to Laur around 12 months before our wedding to see if he could help us with our small intimate day with close friends and family. From the very first call with Laur I felt confident that this was someone we could trust with our special day. Laur openly voiced how important this day was and how he would work with us to make everything perfect, it really set the stage for an excellent experience with Lucas events.Laur and Dani came to our house to cook an extensive menu tasting which was fantastic and helped us craft our food plan for the day. We decided on canapés, a three course wedding breakfast and late night meal along with an amazing cocktail drinks package. The food was not only incredible to eat but the presentation was so good on the plate I almost didn’t want to ruin it!Right up until the day Laur was easily contactable and helped us revise our menu, was very considerate of gluten free, pescatarian, Vegetarian and even halal requirements for our guests. Laur even organised a call a couple of weeks before the wedding to run through the flow of the day and perfect timings - all of which went without a hitch on the day.Canapés on the day were the best I have had at any wedding and all of our guests were blown away by the quality of the food and the service we received. Laur’s team assisted with replenishing drinks all day and generally floated around the event fixing many things even cutting up and boxing our wedding cake which we hadn’t even considered and making it available to all the guests.We shared some pictures with Laur and even a few kind words of congratulations from him at the end of the evening with some heartfelt advice. The team utilised our kitchen to cook and left it absolutely spotless which was amazing also.Every time I walked past the kitchen on the day the team were professional, organised and helpful. Laur could often be heard singing away or complementing the team and the environment was just a good atmosphere in there.This man loves to cook, he is passionate about it and it certainly shows in the quality of his food and the service of his team. They made the day very special for us and were the most critical vendor so they really pulled it off when we needed them to. I would not hesitate to recommend Lucas events to anyone who needs a high quality service and we will use them again first opportunity we get!

A truly wonderful dining experience. All food brought in, cooked on premises, with waiter service......and then everything cleared away. We had 3 courses.....and there was so much of it!

Big thank you to Dani, Laur and the team for helping to make our wedding day go smoothly and with no dramas. The food tasted delicious and was beautifully presented, we had sooo many complements from our guests. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Luca's events were incredible! We only reached out to them 6 weeks prior to the wedding, they travelled all the way from Wales to London for a tasting and were so incredible easy and fun to work with. I got a million compliments on the food from all the guests e.g. Me and nick have been banging on about the food all day". Would recommend then in a heartbeat!"

Laur and his team consistently went above and beyond; they made our lives easier by thinking of the details and helping sort them in the background. In addition to being incredibly helpful, the food was delicious!!! After the wedding breakfast several family members and friends reported that the food was “the best they’d ever had at a wedding” and “phenomenal”. We honestly can’t say enough good things about Laur and his team, they made our rainy wedding day fabulous.
