Ian replaced two boilers for us which were old and inefficient ... It was a big job and Ian took time to ensure that everything was done properly. He explained what he was doing throughout the job and was apologetic when it took longer than he'd anticipated. This was no problem as it was because he was being thorough. He also replaced about 20 valves on our radiators - a big house and a lot of work for him. The new boilers are much smaller and more environmentally friendly and efficient than our old ones ... They look very neat and tidy. We have had a few issues with the hot water system but Ian is super responsive and of course happy to come back immediately to fix anything ... I'd definitely recommend him and will certainly use him again!

Alarmingly, water was coming into the living room from the bathroom upstairs. Ian made suggestions on how to help diagnose exactly where the issue was in advance of his arrival. I was convinced he would need to cut a hole in the ceiling to be able to access the plumbing (been there before) so I was delighted when he managed to fix it without.Ian is our go-to" plumber in Shrewsbury."

We had several companies around to quote for replacing a 1980s hideaway boiler in a 1780s house. The piping was a real spaghetti nightmare with years of add-onds and dead ends, and the boiler needed moving to the front of the house. Most firms declined to even quote, and the one we did get a price from then cancelled on us. Then we tried Ian. He came around, we lifted some flooring so he could check the pipe runs and worked out a way of getting it to connect, and said how much he enjoyed a challenge and it looked like fun! He turned up and got it all sorted in 4 days. A good neat job, he works incredibly quickly, and let his apprentice help me run some cables through before the floor went back down.

Ian installed our central heating and combi boiler system and bathroom suite a couple of years ago. A tidy job was completed on time and every year he visits to do the annual boiler service. Always polite, friendly and very good value.

Ian installed a new boiler, new radiators throughout our home and modernised our downstairs cloakroom with new sink and toilet. Ian was on time, quick to respond with any queries and ensured everything was fitted to a high standard. We would have no problem in recommending him to others. Alfie also helped on the job too, he was polite and professional and did a great job!

Ian replumbed the whole house with a new heating system, ensuring all pipework was buried into the walls. He moved our boiler from the airing cupboard to the garage and replaced all radiators and also plumbed in a utility for us. He knew exactly what he was doing and just got on with it and we had a brand new fully working system in 5 days. Really pleased with the result and would highly recommend him.
