Rachel's Nails & Coffee

I love this salon, my absolute favourite. All of the staff are so friendly & accommodating; plus my nails always look fabulous. HIGHLY recommend.

I was there only once, asking for CND product as I only use this since 2 years! It removes always so easy. Now I am back home and my manicure could not get it off. We used the hole manicure time just to let the nails soak with remover to get it off with minimal damaging of the nails. Now I am sitting here with no nailpolish (which is okay) and we still had to file the rest off. My Manicure lady told me, if the top coat would have been CND as well, this problem would not appear. I will never do my nails on an unknown place anymore

What I did liked:- The Salon was so clean and so beautiful designed- Two main staff were super friendly and helpful.- They accepted me without pre booking.What I did NOT like:- A lady who did my nails done, (I prefer not to mention her name here) wasn't friendly at all. She didn't listen to me carefully that I asked for a round shaped nails. Moreover when I asked her to use one more nail polish she got super angry and I asked her if she is mad of me? I felt super uncomfortable.She made my treatment really unpleasant.- Because of not completely clean job, my nails don't look natural. During the treatment even asked the specialist to double check it for me but she answered it will be fine after the next step which didn't happen.- The Biab polish itself didn't have a good quality and it was full of bulbs which left my nails so unnatural.- I paid £98 which I found quite expensive.I wouldn't recommend this salon.

Rachel’s was brilliant, the staff (and Rachel herself) were so friendly and welcoming. I mentioned the occasion I was getting my nails done and she advised on the colour, which was spot on and opposite to what I originally thought I wanted. The salon has good vibes, clean and hygienic. Will be back!

I am reluctant to write this review but after thought I am extremely disappointed.I had been kindly given a gift voucher for a Gel manicure a few months ago, I booked in to get a gel manicure which I am happy with, when I went to use the voucher I was told it was out of date but I didn’t even notice there was a date on the card?The lady told me she asked the manager and they wouldn’t honour the voucher. I find this quite harsh as I have been to the salon a few times and recommend it to clients as I work close by.They could clearly see I hadn’t used the voucher. I think this was an unfair way to handle the situation and I won’t be revisiting the salon again or won’t be recommending to any clients.

I've been coming to this place regularly for the last couple of months and have been treated well and have never been charged for coffee with my nail appointments. A couple of weeks ago I recommend my sister to come to the salon herself. She went today and left with her nails worse than she could have ever imagined. She had requested for a BIAB and chrome with nail art, which on the website states BIAB base is £15.00, the chrome is £15.00 and she wanted French tips for her nail art which were a further £15.00, as well as her having a latte which should have been no more than £3.00. My sister left the salon paying £90. I later found that she had asked for her nails to be the same length and they had been filled down completely. In addition, they had done no cuticle care such as pushing, cutting or oiling. They had also done no filling to the base of the nail or the nail bed once the BIAB was applied so her nails look thick and heavy on her hands. She also had polish left on her fingers so I can tell there was no clean up done. They didn't even do her the decency of giving her the French tip she wanted. Inturn, I am confused as to why my sister had been treated so badly and been charged so much for her bad treatment. I will never been returning to Rachel's Nails and Coffee again and my biggest regret is sending my sister there with confidence only to find she had been cheated out of her money.

Really lovely experience, everyone who works here is friendly and professional. Kelcey did an amazing job on my nails, some super intricate designs! Best nail salon I’ve been to in London :)

Relaxing atmosphere. Had a deluxe pedicure because I’m on my feet so much and was here for almost 2.5 hours but worth it. Very good quality with the polish. The whole treatment was relaxing from the atmosphere, smell of the shop, the coffee and the staff. No pressure or haggling for something you don’t want or need. Will be back again.

this place is awesome. I stopped here on my trip and got their gel manicure and it lasted three weeks looking perfect and knew the environment was relaxing and the staff was super friendly would highly recommend to friends or family. If I make my way back to London soon, I will get my nails done here
