GP hadn’t sent my prescription through go the pharmacist so I had to chase this up whilst I was there. As I am heavily pregnant I didnt want to leave/come back as I had to walk which I’m finding challaneging. But the Pharmacist kindly offered to drop it home for me when/if it arrived - which they did! I really appreciated it, it meant I didnt need to walk back again later and I got my medicines. I felt it went above and beyond and I wasnt expecting that. Thank you for your understanding, patience and service.

Recently joined this chemist about 2 months ago and since day 1 the staff have been friendly and welcoming and sabash the pharmacist is 1 in a million he has gone above and beyond to help me and not keep me waiting to long himself and the staff are always polite and sabash asks how am I and my day most days when I go in there I cannot fault the chemist or the staff 1 bit I would definitely recommend it..thanks again willowS shaw

Excellent service this evening even serving patients after closing time of 9.30pm. Complete opposite experience beforehand at Wexham pharmacy who turned me away for an emergency prescription even before their 9pm closing time. Despite phone losing battery in the travel and time wasted, managed to use Willow's phone to get the prescriptions details and nhs no i needed. Thank you!

The pharmacy and pharmacist sabash used to be very good but the service has done hillNo notifications on medicationsWhen they arrive or don’t, they take ages to issue medication Without telling his long it will take, sometimes it’s more than 15 minutesNoticed the change with attitude and unfriendliness

You notice when you go in how clean, tidy and organised the pharmacy is. The counter staff are very polite and helpful and will always advise on how long you'll need to wait for your prescription to be processed. The pharmacists are all really helpful and knowledgeable if you have an ailment to discuss or query.

Subhash and his wife are always really lovely and accommodating as our local pharmacists. We recently had our travel vaccinations which he fit in last minute for us. They are always willing to go the extra mile for their patients. Thank you

I’ve been using this pharmacy for years and never had any issues. My medication is always ready on time and if it has to be ordered they always phone to let me know when it’s ready. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and you can tell the pharmacist really cares about his customers and he is great for questions and advice.
