they doubled my insurance form £1500 to £3000 after i bumped into someones car leaving a barely visible scratch. absolute scammers , havent provided me with any receipts for repairs and also very hard to contact. AVOID AT ALL COST

Absolutely shocking company.One of the most incompetent companies I have ever dealt with professionally ever.Took me over 2 weeks to try and pay my insurance and still no resolution they say finance company needs payment finance company say they need accept payment.No one has a clue.Absolute Shambles avoid at all costs!!!!

One of the worst companies I deal with .No customer service, they just raise my insurance from 1100 to 5800 .Their call centre is somewhere in Africa and when you tell them you want to file a complaint against their service they quickly say that they will write the complaint on your behalf but they are not able to issue a copy of written complain.Zero, zero stars and a company of thieves

Having dealt with insurance companies for the last 20 years I can honestly say the worst experience I have had to date has been with Autonet! One star is far to generous for the service I have received!If I had googled their rating before using them and seen that they have a Google rating of 1.7 and all the negative reviews I would never of even considered!I have had to take another policy out as Autonet are impossible to contact to change your vehicle, I now have another policy’s however Autonet are not letting allowing me to leave.I think I may have to contact the ombudsman.

If I could rate a zero, I would. I went to change my van as I purchased a new one, they wanted £473 for 5 months. I did an online quote with them, for 12 months. It was £404.. where is the logic. Customer advisor called Kiing was absolutely pathetic. Kept huffing and puffing, terrible attitude, stayed silent for long periods of time without explanation, couldn't understand a word he was saying.

Had no quotation sent from Autonet, but they still automatically renewed the car insurance. I phoned to cancel my car insurance but at a cost. £30.55 for 8 days cover it works out, NOT happy at all.

Avoid using this company!!! was using Autonet Insurance for quite a few years but now I've decided to go elsewhere due to renewal going up from £820 to £1510.......crazy! Bear in mind I have another years no claims to add. Spoke to them to say i don't want to auto renew and they really couldn't care less about losing a regular customer. They didn't even bother to look into it. Will not be using them again or recommending them.

If I could give no stars I would. Poor company, employees don't know what they are doing. Poor customer service. I was put on hold for 20min then he returned with no answers, only to be put on hold again with no reply at all (who knows where he went, I hope he's ok?). Prices are plucked out the air, then told to cancel my policy and get a new one with them to get a better price. Im still sitting on the edge of my seat hopping he gets back to me??????
