I'd give no stars if I could. Me, my 2 friends and our 3 children visited on Wednesday 12th July 2023, we arrived must have been between 11:30 and midday, we all ordered a coffee and a pasty. At first we were really impressed by the new cafe, and its selection.A man, who I can only assume was the manager as he was the only member of staff wearing a blue stripy apron, came and cleared our table two times during our visit, which is standard, however, the 3rd time at 12:45pm when he came over he proceeded to take my coffee, which i hadn't finished (it was half full) off the table, and the palm of his hand was over the top. He looked at us and said, There's people waiting for your table." And walked off

Love Niles pasties so decided be nice to visit the new bakery. I can honestly say they were one of the worst pasty I have had, it was like eating cardboard and had to leave it. Luckily the Niles by b&q was still open and I was able to buy the real deal. Needless to say It's the first and last time I'll be visiting the new Niles bakery

Decent breakfast. Good views towards St Austell if you're at the balcony end. Plenty of choice for cake and pastie lovers. Car park adjacent.

So noisy !! The hard floor and walls really echo whem its busy. Toilets were hit and miss on the flush, a shop bought soap dispenser with soap so watered down it was nearly water prevented proper hand washing.Food was good (Niles food always is) but due to the noise, our order wasn't heard properly at the till.Good prices and wheelchair accessible.

Best pasties around. The right amount of salt and pepper was included providing a tasty pasty all round. It was such a pleasure to finally find someone that understands you need to add salt and pepper into your food for the best flavours to come out of the meats inside. Well done!Service was always great and a pleasure to be there. Bringing the family down soon as well.Regards

Great bakery with friendly staff and good food. Fresh sandwiches were really nice and if you eat in the view is awesome. If I had one comment it would be the range of cakes is ‘slightly’ limited and standard fare but still plenty for most.

What a great place to eat, generous portions, hot food, and a nice place to eat and drink in a large restaurant with open views, reasonably priced and I will definitely be going back......thank you.

This is a recently opened cafe, bright and spacious, good coffee. It was busy the day we visited and quite noisy. Very basic decoration, needs some dividers to absorb noise and green plants to soften it. Outside setting area with great views over St Austell Bay. Would definitely go again.
