When your phone breaks and there's a lot of important stuff you urgently need to recover... the helpful lad here had us all sorted out with a new phone, all data successfully transferred, inside an hour or two. Great service, and they didn't charge a lot.

Called in to see if I could get a phone case for my old LG phone. I had been looking for one for so long. Came away very happy with not one case, but two after some excellent customer service from the owner. Friendly, helpful service and highly recommended.

Couldn't find anyone that would repair my phone for the same day, then came cross JB3 mobile and it was just perfect, they fixed my phone within 1hr no wait, great customer service and warranty as well, can't find all this anywhere for the price. Definitely recommended they even sell phone accessories some beautiful products great price.

JB3 mobile has the best staff I’ve ever spoken too! So so helpful in regards to getting myself the perfect phone case and screen protector!! The range of cases and accessories available are fantastic! Highly recommend!!

Had issues unlocking my EE phone, jb3 initially had the same issues i did but 24 hours later messaged me (on a Sunday!) with the correct codes and I was able to use the phone on the new network!

My screen failed on my work phone. I was lucky that JB3 Mobile were the nearest phone repair shop. 30 minutes later, I had a new screen fitted with the minimum of inconvenience. Great staff and a fantastic service. 10/10

Went in to ask about replacement charging port for Samsung s9+The gentleman who served me proceeded to poke around in the port, and blow/suck out the dust and dirt, and it is now working perfectly. No money changed hands. Good people! If ever I need anything again, I will be using this shop.
