Brilliant service from these guys. I tried my hand at doing a small repair on my van and made it worse. Called these guys to help and they were brilliant. Fixed the problem I created and did it very quickly and at a reasonable price. Would definitely come back here and recommend to anyone else. Friendly guys, very helpful and good price. I think they can be busy but I'll be coming back here for sure.

I'd give zero stars if I could! Upon arrival the fitter looked decidedly put out when I said I'd be waiting for the car but took the keys anyway. 5 minutes later and my car's taken into the workshop. About 20 minutes pass and the tyre fitter comes out to explain he's marked one of my wheels but that it isn't too bad. He offers to get the damage rectified and there's not much I can do now so I agree.With the tyres fitted the car is pulled out and I can instantly see the damaged wheel.. it covers two thirds of the rim face. By now I'm annoyed and the spray painters attitude to fixing my wheel makes the situation worse so I leave before it gets worse. Driving round the corner I check the wheels... To my annoyance two other wheels are marked and to make matters even worse one tyre is not what I ordered. I return to the garage and they stick an old tyre on and tell me I will need to speak with black circles to rectify. I leave with one odd tyre and three damaged wheels. Not only that but every single tyre has a different pressure with over 10psi between the highest and lowest.I arrive home and immediately phone black circles about the wrong tyre and the damage caused which the agree to look into.The following day I return to have the correct tyre fitted and the manager explains he will do the fitting as the damage was caused by a worn out machine which they continue to use... My car's pulled into the bay and I watch as the door curtain rubs on the back of my car in the wind. This is just plain ignorance and a lack of respect for customer property and o have to ask them to move the curtain before any more damage is done. Luckily no further damage is caused to my wheels fitting the last tyre. It has taken over 2 months and numerous emails to have the situation rectified and all four wheels refinished.I will be staying well away from this garage and their appalling service from now on and urge anyone who cares about their wheels and paintwork to do the same.

This garage has been used by my family for a while now. We regularly take my parents vehicles here for maintenance, repairs, MOT’s ETC. my vehicles head gasket blew up and I took it to them to repair. Due to a few other parts blowing due to the head gasket I was charged £2.5k which I didn’t mind paying as I thought the job would have been carried out correctly. They had my car for about a month, and told me my vehicle was ready to collect. However when I had paid and driven not even 5 minutes up the road my car felt lumpy and extremely underpowered, struggling to get up small hills. I took my vehicle back instantly and they did give me a hire car, although the car I was given was an absolute shed on wheels. The car was filthy inside, with parts of the hand brake, gear selector, and many other interior parts missing. I was told that the engine was to be stripped down so they could code the injectors. Once I collected my car for the last time I drove it as normal, and everything seemed fine. A few weeks down the line a notice a lot of smoke coming from my bonnet, I lift it up to a stink of oil, and to see that my dipstick and the orange plastic holder around it has been completely snapped at the bottom. I don’t think this is something that can suddenly snap as I’m driving. My question is, if they tested my vehicle and double checked the engine as expected why didn’t they just let me know about the damaged part so it could be replaced?? This brings me onto another issue, I have a dash cam in my vehicle that sends a live feed to my phone, once I had collected my vehicle and connected it to my phone, I noticed my dash cam was on the floor. After checking the footage, baring in mind I had already placed the dash cam back in its place after picking up the car the first time around. I think this is a little odd, and makes me wonder what they are hiding?? I do not recommend this garage, unfortunately they have lost a customer.

I have used them every year for my MOT and service as they are reasonably priced. Reece very good, friendly and explained things really well. Only thing I’d say is I asked for updates before parts being ordered which didn’t happen so communication could be improved. They are always busy so get booked in early.

After breaking down and dropped off by the AA, I left my car for repairs in the evening. Not expecting it to be be repaired for a few days. It was repaired the very next day, even though they were busy.

Exceptional customer service, always friendly and very informative. A great team, that have a lot of knowledge between them and feel that I can trust this garage, especially as a female.

I was new to the area so it’s always worrying trying a new garage but they were really good and reliable. Will definitely be returning for future MOTs. My car had a bigger issue than expected and they kept the car over night and it came back safe and sound which was a big relief.
