Was delivering a package for customer on Uber eats the other day absolutely shocking service from the Click & Collect management , I was there almost like half hour to receive the poor customer shopping bags pressed the buzzer no answer! Also I’ve kindly asked one of the Asda van driver to help me to call them as well such a rude man this is my worst experience never ever will I pick any jobs for them especially in Asda in duffryn disgusting service and I also advise others drivers not pick orders from them it’s waste of time terrible experience!!

The litter around the store is disgusting. Does the manager never walk around the whole building to check. I watched the Asda litter picker today picking up the odd bit of litter directly near store, and leave the rest on the ground. The access paths and area opposite doctors is a disgrace.

It's hard to put your finger on why this asda has gone from being a good shop to a annoying one. It could be the early morning maze they set you by locking intermittent doors but putting no notice up so that you walk upto it and stand there like a prat until you realise you've got to walk round the other side in the rain. Or it could be the requirement to bring your own torch to see inside their new unlit glossy glass doored fridges it's that or move your head 2inches from the glass to peer inside. Maybe it's the fact that to buy a bag to take your purchases to the car park you have to flag down an employee to give you one, Or it could be the checkout that shouts CARD DECLINED" when it just needs a pin number. Miserable experience."

I used to love this store but feel it has gone down hill lately. Choice of products are very poor.The total lack of trolleys is so annoying, what is going on. I spent 15 mins looking for one on a few occasions. Due to this I am reluctant to return.I have contacted customer services but not even had a reply.This needs sorting asap!!

Limited range and poor fresh food offering.2 checkout operators on duty on a bank holiday afternoon, very few staff on the floor to assist. Service is not even a consideration under the new owners, pretty awful experience in general.

Yet again, no scanners working and the staff, lovely as they are don't have a clue where some things are so send you round the mulberry bush looking for said items to no avail. They all have happy to help" slogans on their hi-viz but more helpful to say they don't know. The place is getting worse by the day

Love this place! Basically my second home. This Asda has everything you need and is basically on my door step and the staff are always willing to help and they make sure to always keep it well stocked. Would like to give a big shoutout to Barry! He’s such a lovely worker and always helpful and super friendly. It’s a pleasure going shopping here and seeing Barry!

Not as cheap as it once was but great for some bargains. No small trollies and a pain having to go through umpteen large trollies trying to find one that doesn't limp. And it needs a quid.

There is never any small trolleys when we arrive here . No mater what time we arrive never have that problem in any other stores . When there this morning only one checkout open not good I will shop somewhere else .

i always shop here but I will never go again after 6.30pm. No staff on tills and big queues at the self checkouts. I pay enough to buy the food for there to be only self service checkouts that you have to wait in a big queue to use. should always be a couple of tills open minimum.
