After reading the reviews prior to visiting Braidwood Motor Co I was a little apprehensive about buying from them however I work in sales and know you can't always please everyone you meet.I then decided to leave my review until I had been driving the car for a bit to see if my experience would tally up to some of these reviews.I 100% cannot fault the process from start to finish. I originally called braidwood and spoke to Mark who ran through everything withme and invited me up on the Sunday to see the car and he would have it ready for me to take away if I liked it. True to his word the car was there ready to be taken for a test drive and at that moment I knew I was on to a winner... Fast forward 20 minutes sitting in the office signing for the car.Marks banter was brilliant and he made the process super easy he even went that extra mile helping me register and tax my new car what a star he was.He seen us out the gate which was a brilliant lasting impression.Would definitely recommend this garage and particular Mark.10/10

We bought a lovely Discovery 4 from Mark at Braidwood. We bought remotely from a fairly long way away.Mark organised transport of the vehicle to us and the whole thing went through really smoothly.Only area for improvement was the appreciation from the dealer that this size of transaction is not one that a buyer would make frequently and for us it certainly was the only time we have handed over such a large sum of money for anything before receiving it. The sale went well and the car arrived in great condition but some understanding of the discomfort on our side until the vehicle arrived would have been appreciated.

We bought a 3 year old Maserati Levante from this garage and we have had nothing but trouble. Firstly there was no follow up call which you’d expect when buying a car of this standard. They explained they would give the car a once over, do a courtesy check which had not been done. We first noticed the windscreen washer motor had gone making the car illegal to drive. Front discs were warped, both suspension arms were deteriorated. The car was due a service a month after we bought it which wasn’t disclosed. We had to take the car to Maserati main dealer which in turn cost us in access of £10k to get sorted. When calling Braidwood to explain the issues they have were so unhelpful, not once contacted the garage when being fixed, didn’t check the warranty for us even though they said they would and it would be made a priority. STILL to this day, we haven’t heard anything from them over 8 weeks later! We’ve had to deal with it all ourselves. It’s spent longer in a garage than it has on our drive. We are disgusted by the lack of service and are appalled by the attitude of Braidwood. Buying a prestige car should be an exciting experience and it’s been nothing but a complete nightmare! Do not buy from this garage- it’s appalling!!

Contacted twice over the past couple months since buying the car in March as it’s faulty and has failed to get back to me. Was quick to sell me the car but once sold it’s your problem. Advised when selling me the car he wouldn’t sell me a broken car but nothing but issues with it! Also gives you an ‘all singing all dancing’ warranty with the car that covers nothing!!

Mark was nothing more than helpful. We wanted to test drive two of the different cars he had for sale. Phoned up and requested a test drive and the car was ready as soon as we arrived. No sales pitch or forcefulness to purchase the car. Thanks again for your time

Exellant service this is my second car from braidwood no probs will be getting my next car from them

It was all perfect until it wasn't.I drove half the country to purchase a car from Braidwood as they came across as professional and reputable. Paid £10,000 for a very nice car and had it for a day before the issues started. I took the car to a local main dealer and found it was rife with issues, costing over £2000 to repair.Confirming the issues were not covered by the warranty Braidwood supplied I had expected them to cover the costs of repairs as any good dealership would.....Unfortunately, I was wrong.After completing all Braidwood asked me to do, including emails from the main dealer and proof of issues and confirmation that the warranty company wouldn't cover the issues, I expected them to cover the cost of the faulty car they sold me. Now, it has been over 4 weeks since that day and yet they have not replied to my emails!I would be very wary when purchasing a car from Braidwood and I wish I had read more reviews, instead of only the good ones at the top, as it appears I am not the first to have this issue.

Bought a Range Rover from Braidwood whilst living overseas. I’ve never bought a car online so I was a little apprehensive, however the process was so smooth and Marks communication throughout was great. He sent me photos and videos of the car and reassured me along the way. I arrived back in the UK to a lovely car on my drive which felt and smelt like new. Thank you for making the process so straightforward and stress free. I would definitely recommend Braidwood Motors
