Me and my sister have been going to Layla for a few months for eyebrow threading and tint, every time we have gone we have been very happy and Layla always makes you feel welcome, very friendly! I highly recommend to anyone wanting this done, to go here!Posting of my partners google account

Had my eyebrows done this afternoon by Leila, best they’ve looked in a while will definitely be a returning customer♥️

Turned up and waited over an hour with my baby just wanting my Eyebrows done. This sign was a lie the shop was closed from 12.45 to at least 2pm. There is no lunch break on opening times. Disappointed is an understatement

Absolutely poor the lady had a face of a I don't want to come into work" no smile nothing. I said I want a tidy up of my brows not reshape! Once finishes I couldn't believe she took my thick shape out and left me with patches and cuts!!! I said I won't be paying and explained why she just looked at me and said "so you're not going to pay?" Well of course I aint paying someone for ruining my brows!!! Rung head office but I bet they won't wanswer! I went here few weeks ago a lovely lady did my brows to exact how I wanted but never again I'll go miss brows instead"

Popped in never been before had thread and eyebrow tint, was able to do walk in also. Layla was very friendly and made me very comfortable definitely recommend and will come back

Went for a hair cut with lalia to ne absolutely devastated, upset and annoyed. I asked for a refund because this is totally a botched up hair cut I have worse photos than the one I have added here, I did not receive a refund I have not had any success with contacting anyone from this shop, I have contacted head office several times, emailed several times to not get a reply it does not take days to be refunded, yet alone have no reply, this is not a shop you want to go to!!!!!!!!! I am now left out of pocket with a botched up hair cut I'm embarrassed to go out I have to wait now to be able to have my hair sorted out properly. Communication is 0 !!!!!! Avoid !!!!!!
