Had a really unpleasant experience with an older man working here. He was making weird comments to me about what I was buying. Don't need that from a man in his 50s working in retail thanks. The younger staff however are great, can't fault them.

I received an email saying my item was ready to be picked up,When I arrived they couldn’t find it and told me to come back in 3 days time, I insisted that they had it somewhere and another person came to assist, he then told me to come back in 3 days time. I showed them the email and insisted they had it,Eventually they found it , some people would have left and gone back in 3 days .You need to employ better people .

Very good experience in purchasing the Dashcam at Halfords, Keighley. Customer service was excellent ( 'Nelly' was first class salesperson and assistant) and 'Chas' fitted the equipment quickly and without fuss. A good team effort - well done. An excellent experience overall. Thank you.

Absolutely shocking customer service this afternoon. I booked my bike in for an assessment online and even though the website says mechanical issues on e-bikes can be fixed by Halfords they wouldn’t touch my bike. To be honest the kids in there don’t even want to talk to people, never mind fix anything. They did recommend Evans Cycles on Cavendish Street though who did an excellent job even though I dropped in on them last minute. That’s where I’ll be going in future.

Very unprofessional. Badly let down by Nelly who booked me to have a dashcam fitted last Tues all confirmed yet no fitter was to be seen at the appointment. Totally ruined my day and no help after. You can't even ring anyone at the shop. I had to go back to Bradford branch. Poor customer service all from overseas call centres. I have made a complaint but no call back. No surprises there.

I had my nextbase dashcam front and back bundle at Halfords Keighley fitted today (15th dec) with Andrew.He did an expert job and left everything neat and tidy in my car. Highly recommended having your dashcam fitted. Avoids having trailing wires all over your car.

Brilliant service. Changed battery after a bit of a struggle but the friendly mechanic persevered and got the job done. Would certainly recommend to anyone. Stop start functioning again. Many thanks.

Terrible experience. No member of staff in entire shop. Eventually sauntered in from next door shop after me and others had been waiting 10 mins. He sent me upstairs to collect an order when he knew full well that there was no member of staff up there. Another 10 mins wait. After shouting down to him, he finally came up and threw my order at me. Member of staff is Anas and he's a disgrace.

Bobbie at Keighley store wat a great guy, helpful, knowledgeable and so nice, couldn't do enough for us...massive asset to the store, will defo go back with any issues. Bike repaired, explained wat he had done and advised my son how to use his gears properly....amazing, thank u
